Easy set up right out of the box and instructions are clear. Just know that it does not come with a milk container to connect to the frother so I had to purchase that separately. there are pictures of drink options and it is really easily to customize amount of coffee or milk as it is processing. Grinding and frothing are quieter than my prior machine. Buy good beans and you are set!

We've had four De'Longhi Magnifica's the past 30 years. Were seeing the telltale signs that number 4 was near to it's final breathe. Actually ordered a more expensive De'Longhi model for replacement. It came on a Friday, set up on Saturday and not working by Wednesday. So, it was returned. We found this machine and decided to try it. There is a learning curve on the Jura, especially the milk drinks. My prior morning drinks were two double shot cappuccinos. My new morning drinks are two double shot macchiatos --not sure what the difference is. I would like the milk foam hotter; however, what I'm getting is delicious. Husband drinks his black and is very happy.

I purchased to replace a machine i used for over 10 years. It is very easy to start using right out of the box. i did purchase a milk cooler to use with the jura. Heats up quickly, easy to fill both water and beans. i look forward to mornings and my afternoon latte. It is perfect!

Excellent coffee maker, provides the real coffee flavor. Also, outstanding value from Sam's Club!
