A HARD bend was created by poor packing arrangement in the box and the end of the hose would not remail straight; it would bend and cut off the water flow unless I used both hands, one to aim and one to support. NOT practical!

Poor quality: lasted only 2weeks before 2 bad leaks appeared. A very expensive mistake on my part. I only used it a few minutes a day, a few days a week, watering by hand. It is unusable.

Basically I like this hose and its held up well in extremely hot summer conditions in Arizona. It gets weird random kinks so you have to be. careful handling it when you roll it or coil it up when youre done using it.
