I have had this hose for all of 2 weeks and it has already failed. My water pressure is about 45 psi and i have never left my hose on for there to be constant pressure but yet i have a split down the side. I really thought this was gonna be a great hose but i was sadly mistaken. Lets see how well they stand behind their 2 year hassle free warranty. Will post a update after i talk with customer service at Aqua Joe(snow joe).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of this flexible hose at first because it seems like it would frequently kink with low water pressure and possible burst if the water pressure is too high. However, I have come to love this hose. It stores well, I really like how lightweight it is and it is very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this waterhose it is very easy to use and not at all bulky like the usual waterhose. It is flat and the water travels fast through the hose. It was very easy to use in my garden and on my lawn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I liked the plastic ends but then they would make the hose twist when I would connect it to the hydrant making it very difficult. The hose has a protective cover which should make it last longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic compact and lightweight hose. Extremely easy to store. I was very impressed with the workmanship and durability. I need a lot of hoses around my property to tend to animals and gardens that are set to automatic, and these hoses are perfect since they store compactly when not in use. The quality is good, the connectors are very well-made.

Allows for different hose tip attachments as well. The length is just perfect for my backyard. Extremely happy; I will probably buy a 50 ft if they make one as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this hose! It is so much lighter and more flexible than a traditional style hose. I am always careful to coil our hoses back on the holder when not in use, and the fiberjacket hose makes this chore extremely easy! Another bonus- no kinks! I would imagine you have to be a bit more careful with it to avoid punctures with tools, etc., but so far it seems very sturdy. I am going to be replacing all of my hoses with these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only been able to use this hose only a couple of times. I was pleased at how lightweight it is and how it didn’t kink up when walking around. I haven’t had anything run over it so I can’t say how well it will withstand that but I can’t imagine it would be a problem. Overall at this time I am pleased with this hose and hope it will last a long time.

Do NOT buy this brand! I had excellent results with the Zero G brand but tried several of the Aqua Joe at various lengths. They split within a couple of weeks of getting them. Warranty not worth much and a real hassle. Mine are going in the trash and I’ve replaced them with the Zero G hoses. Well worth the difference in price.

Oh how I wished I would’ve read the reviews online before buying this piece of trash! We used it a few times and it sprung leaks - not little leaks - like more water coming from the splits than from the spout. Was a little frustrating returning because the young ladies at the service desk couldn’t understand how the hose increased size to 50ft when water was running thru it and they didn’t think it looked 50ft. They also didn’t think anything was wrong with it because they couldn’t see the leak spots (since no water flowing thru) I had to show them that there is hundreds upon hundreds of 1 star reviews for this hose before they believed me - and no, I do not want to exchange for another from the same company….never buy another one!! Save yourself trouble and buy PocketHose brand!!
