[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have rather course hair and sensitive skin on my bikini line, so much so that I don't shave it all the time like I do my legs because I inevitably end up with razor bumps. I was excited to try this to see if I can count on it for bathing suit season. The first thing I'll say I really like is the weighty feel of the razor; I like the all-metal design as others I've used are usually plastic and very lightweight. This one just feels good in my hand. I took it to my overgrown hairs on my bikini line first off and it addressed it in no time. No razor burn, and my skin actually looked good the next day, which isn't usually the case. I'm kind of excited to use this over the course of the summer season!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t choose this razor to shave the specified area it’s intended for. I use electric razor for that. I have sensitive skin especially under my arms. Shaving causes me to break out badly there. I wanted to see if this razor would be more gentle and eliminate or lessen the irritation that I get there. This razor did feel better for my under arms. There was so burning that a normal razor sometimes causes. After three uses I don’t notice any difference in the irritation but it may just take longer to see those kind of results. It definitely didn’t make it any worse. It doesn’t provide as close of a shave but I’m hoping that if the skin smooths out that will change. I tested it on my legs too. I unfortunately have strawberry legs meaning it may look like my legs aren’t shaved up close. Although in photo it looks like they aren’t smooth then razor did a good job there. They felt pretty smooth. Again the razor didn’t give as close of a shave. The razor glided with ease and I didn’t experience any nicks. I believe this would perform great for its intended area. It’s a nice sturdy feeling razor that’s comfortable to hold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually have to say that this razor is wonderful. For the first time in a long time I was able to shave my pubic area without getting an enormous amount of razor bumps. This razor fits really well in your hand and it’s easy to get into small spaces. I really love the packaging design as well. I didn’t need to use a lot of shaving cream which I think helped cut down the risk for razor burn, I didn’t even cut myself once. This is a great razor you’ve got a try it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried this specifically formulated Gillette Venus and I've been really impressed with the results. My skin is super sensitive so I'm pretty frustrated with all razors, but not this one! Highly recommend!

I have always waxed instead of shaved my pubic area so I was very nervous to shave. I usually experience terrible skin irritation after shaving so I looked for a razor specifically intended for the pubic area. I could not be happier with this razor! It was an incredibly smooth shave, I had no irritation whatsoever, and I was able to get all the nooks and crannies. I would recommend this razor a hundred times over. It did exactly what it claims to do - help prevent shave irritation and ingrowns! Just follow the instructions and be patient. Also, just a tip.. moisturize the skin and exfoliate regularly to further assist in preventing irritation and ingrown hairs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure if this is that different from other regular razors but it does shave well down there and other places, does a nice close shave, I haven’t had any issues cutting TOO close either. Not sure if it’s worth the fancy marketing though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ve been using this on my underarms and pubic hair and I’m not still unsure if it’s much different than my 5 blade razor. I do feel like it’s not as rough and glides a little easier on those areas so it may cut down on irritation.. but I still felt like I had irritation in my pubic area. It’s definitely a good razor though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gillette always makes excellent products. This razor is beautiful with a cool grey and white design. The razor works very well and gets a close shave on all areas of the body. The special blade to get a close trim works really well but is a tad scary to use at first.
