[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i used this in my nitty gritty areas. it gets pretty close but not as close as i wanted. I am prone to razor burn and ingrown hairs no matter what i do. I didnt get any but i didnt feel as smooth as i wanted. i used this on my legs and they felt so good. my hair didnt grow back as fast as normal which is awesome too. I hate shaving my legs it takes so much extra water and time. I would get this for my legs again. it might work better for people who dont have super thick coarse hair in the Netherlands down there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice razor, but I don't know if it is better than any other "good" razor on the market. I mean....it's good, and it's very pretty, and it shaves well, but so do a dozen other razors in the same price range. But I've never had a huge problem with razor burn and bumps in the bikini area, so I suppose it depends on your hair and skin type. Maybe if you constantly fight bumps and stubble, this might be a Holy Grail product. It does give you a smooth, close shave---no danger of nicks or cuts. I read some people are using this razor for their whole body (i.e. legs and underarm) but that would dull the blades faster, so for now I am keeping this solely for bikini line, which of course means I have to keep two separate razors for different areas...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use in the shower or out. I have had no shaving bumps from using it out of the shower. It leaves my skin smooth and very soft, I needed no extra lotion after shaving. I will keep using this all summer to see if it stays the same

They have a patented irritation defense bar and optimally spaced blades that allow the blades to cut hair while barely touching the skin. Also, the razor refills come equipped with a precision Trimmer on the back of the blades to help with tricky areas. Best razor for bikini area! This was the first razor I used for shaving the bikini area and I was scared of getting cuts or a razor burn but I got neither of these things and I am very happy with this razor. This razor leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. The handle is light and fits right into your hand. I highly recommend this razor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Gillette Venus for Pubic Hair and Skin, Women's Razor Handle + 2 Blade Refills and its a great razor. I felt this was gentle on my skin while shaving. I mostly just shave body and pubic hair so this worked great for me. I feel its a high quality razor. I also love that they reduced the amount of plastic used in the packaging. The box and interior container were both paper based so are recycleable. The razor itself still has some plastic parts which I hope they change to something more sustainable in the future (such as metal). Overall, I love the Gillette Venus brand and this razor fits quite well with my already positive opinion of the brand. I like that the razor blades are sharp and help me shave with few nicks. This is a great razor! I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly loved opening this product, I have been using really poorly built razors for years and finally got to try a high quality razor! I was soooo pleased at how smooth it shaves and doesn't leave me with razor burn or a bunch of bumps down there afterwards. It just felt like such a smooth shave. I was able to get into those hard to reach places that can cause cuts. The head on the razor bends and has flexibility that I've never experienced in other razors. I will definitely be purchasing this after I use this one up! Only suggestion I had was maybe instructions on how to get the blade protector off, I was struggling to get it off without hurting myself.
