[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I finally found a razor that allows me to shave my bikini area with no fear of cutting myself. It took many passes to shave the area and I did so with quick motions and didn't cut myself even once. It left the area smooth and unchaffed. It does not prevent razor burn due to clothing irritation, though. That's not the fault of the razor. Additionally, I appreciate the recyclable materials in which the razor was package and the extra cartridge. Overall, I would highly recommend this razor!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Gillette Venus razor is a great razor. It makes a smooth and close shave to where you don't have to shave as much. It did not leave any nicks or razor bumps which I am glad of and no irritation is a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this razor in exchange for my review. I was quite impressed with the weight of the razor. I prefer something that isn’t plastic so this fit the bill. The blades were about average to me, the did the job but I still had to go over areas a few times, adding that none of my body hair is particularly thick or course. The one thing that I do not like on any razor is the single blade on the backside of the razor head. It’s a bit dangerous to me and I won’t use razors that are made this way because of the way I hold a razor.

I was pleased with how gently this razor removed hair without irritating sensitive skin.

I’ve been using this razor for about 3 weeks consistently now and I can say that in shower grooming has become more comfortable and afterwards there has been a huge effect in lack of irritation. I wasn’t aware that my skin was irritated before until trying this! Not to mention the cute sleek feminine design of the razor too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely an improvement over a regular razor for shaving sensitive areas! There are only two blades on the razor face and they are spaced pretty far apart, which made for a nice close shave without pulling. I would definitely say that I had much much less irritated skin after using this razor vs my regular razor I use for my legs. There's even a touch up razor on the back for when you want to shave fine details. I will say though, this definitely works better if you have shorter hair. I did find that it clogged a bit more quickly than my usual razor. So if you keep things pretty trim, you should have no issues, but if you let some areas grow out, just make sure you pre-trim it for the best results. Overall, it does the job well!

I constantly have issues even shaving my upper thighs with razor burns and bumps. I figured why not give something like this a try, with Venus being a name I trusted what could it hurt right? The razor itself is nice to look at, razors offers numerous blades which i like over a 1 or 3 blade style. The handle is easily gripped in or out of the shower which is a must when shaving this area! I can happily say I did not cut myself at all on legs or anywhere else. My shave was fairly easy and I was left smooth. I also used this razor in combination with my Venus soothing serum to help me prevent the bumps and burns I constantly suffer from. This razor is a new favorite I reach for. I am happy it is also a replacement head type razor and not just a throw away disposable.

This razor is ok for the pubic area but I’m always afraid around sensitive areas. I’m happy I didn’t get nicked but always afraid I will. It was a smooth shave. Venus always seems to do the job though. The grip is great, does not slip. Awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] if you are looking for a razor that makes it easier to get in some nooks and dips while not irritating or “pulling” your hair down below this is an EXCELLENT choice......this is the only razor I’ve ever owned that didn’t cause any discomfort, nicks, irritation, bumps, etc etc. Normally I dread shaving that area because it’s not comfortable (I shave about every other day), but this razor has been a game changer for me.
