They hold my flow very well, and leave me DRY! I do not feel my blood upagaist my body. So they definitely soak it all up. I absolutely live that. I feel so much more cleaner than all the other pads I've used. Plus ontop of that, they keep their shape and done budle up! I absolutely love that aspect as well. Plus to be able to easily keep this in my back pocket, and even a couple of them without feeling a huge bulge or it being uncomfortable is awesome.
