[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Samsung 50" QLED Q8FD for a while now and I'm still blown away by it. The brightness on this TV is incredible — even in a well-lit room during the day it holds up perfectly with no washed-out picture. The 4K resolution is sharp and detailed, whether I'm streaming movies or gaming, with a great refresh rate. The contrast between darks and lights is one of the best I've seen at this size — blacks look genuinely deep and rich, not that flat gray you get on cheaper panels. The color vibrancy is where this TV really shines though. Quantum dot technology makes every color pop in a way that feels natural, not oversaturated. Skin tones look realistic and landscapes are breathtaking. Smart TV features are easy to navigate and the remote is simple. Setup was straightforward right out of the box. If you're on the fence about upgrading to QLED, don't hesitate. This TV is worth every penny. Five stars without question.

The volume should be universal throughout, not one for games which I can only have to 11 but for the cable tv HDMI input it is up to 30 to hear it clearly. Not enough HDMI input connections.

It's sharp, bright, and features new AI upscaling that makes picture quality 100x better and smoother. And playing a game on this TV, it's on a next level, you can play all the games in high resolution, and using Game Mode, it makes it easy to play Battlefield and COD. Everyone who comes to our house loves the TV, and with the Samsung Q-Symphony system, we get full cinematic sound quality. Now we have a family movie night every weekend. I absolutely love this TV!
