This product can be used throughout the year. Typically, I use one face moisturizer in the spring & summer then switch to a different one in the winter due to the dryness in the house plus the cold temperatures. To say, finding the right product for each season was a hassle is putting it mildly. I got Astaxanthin & continued to use it in the winter finding it had the right texture & moisture for me. Finally, I can rely on one product year round. Plus the larger container lasts months. Great product.

I have been using a couple sample packets that of the Astaxanthin and I am really loving this product. I have been using it for about a week and my skin is feeling so soft. I first cleanse with my DHC olive soap, then apply the Astaxanthin gel. My skin is so soft and I have noticed it is also making the pores on and around my nose less noticeable, which is making my skin look much smoother. Even the skin around my eyes is looking better, smoother. (I am in my 40s) I love the way the creamy gel glides on and doesn't make me look greasy. I will be ordering a jar of this for sure - as soon as my budget allows! I would say, as with any product, if you are unsure, try a sample pack to see how it works with your skin. This is why I love DHC, and have been a customer for several years, you can always try the product before you buy!

The minute I tried the sample of this product, I knew that it was special. It went on smoothly, had a very light and pleasant scent and left my skin feeling great ... but the best part was how my face looked the next morning ... somehow less puffy, sort of "pulled together" and more youthful. I have found a little fountain of youth and hope they will add more products in this line. It's a winner!

Love product but disike having to dig last quarter of tube out with a Qtip. Almost quit buying this because too much gets wasted this way.

This is great moisturizer! I have super sensitive skin and this is perfect. No smell, great texture and gives my skin a great glow!
