I don't love the volume control on the remote as most of the time when i go to increase or decrease the volume, it mutes the tv if you don't press it exactly the right way. Also, the performance of some apps is just not right. The you tube TV app is extremely slow and half the time doesn't load or has a blank picture but does have volume. we have tried everything to make it work from uninstalling and reinstalling, etc and we finally had to use a roku instead of using the built in samsung app features. The TV picture quality and sound however, is great.

The quality of this TV is amazing. Crystal clear is an understatement. It's almost like you aren't even watching a TV but its like you are there in the movie or the music video itself!!!! It is very practical to use it with store applications, I can see my exercise measurements, see an area of exercise videos, find my cell phone, manage smart things, browse the Internet, watch television, and so many things that others do not allow you to do, it is excellent I recommend it.

We use the TV to primarily stream Netflix, Amazon Prime , Hulu, Disney and YouTube. It’s the perfect size for the guest bedroom.

A few of my customers claimed that they was going to buy one for their home. I also do some streaming apps if I can not find the game on my satellite provider.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung TV has excellent brightness and picture quality. Much better than the cheaper brands, even in the same price range. In fact, my older TV had higher peak brightness on paper, but this Samsung outperforms the old TV by a wide margin. I also enjoy using the SmartThings App to control the TV. Overall a great experience.
