[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate it. Can’t get it to start where I want it. I have directv and it takes a lot of work to get it to start. Would be ok if I could default to that and not Samsung stuff. It often takes multiple attempts to get it where I want. Not user friendly! If I could I’d return it and get another brand!

This is my 5th Samsung TV and I've loved them all. My only recommendation would be to restore the old remote as the new style remote is too small to read and lacks all the features of my other Samsung TV remotes. The picture is much improved as are all the new Samsung products.

Nice hardware (size, weight) and picture. Interface is a little less than intuitive but one catches on. Seems to favor certain sites/channels vs even playing ground. Like the Samsung games and such. As for the TV part of the tv - very nice! Happy with purchase.

The home screen layout is super easy to navigate, especially for my grandmother. The picture is very clear and vivid. It almost looks like we are actually on set with the actors. The sound is exceptional! I dont have to set the volume over 20 because at its low volume level it is loud enough!

I've been a SAMSUNG product owner for years and plan on continuing this relationship. For TV Monitors the picture and refresh rate between HD UHD & related format definition makes it home theater enjoyable. As to Computer Monitor not as a gamer but Social/Business Man I'm reliant on tools with extreme functionality. As above extreme speed and refresh rate when demanded.

The product was a huge upgrade, since going up from using a very humble smart tv to using a samsung tv made a huge diference the contrast is much better, you can acctualy notice the fast responce the shape too is a lot better the materials are much fancier

We’ve had this TV for a little while now, and it’s exceeded our expectations. The 85-inch screen is huge and completely changed the feel of our basement. The picture is bright, sharp, and clear with great color, whether we’re watching sports, movies, or just regular TV. Setup was simple, and the smart features were easy to get up and running. We also paired it with a Sonos soundbar, and the experience is fantastic—it really feels like having a movie theater at home. For the price, I don’t think you can beat the value. If you’re on the fence about going with an 85-inch TV, I’d say go for it. We were worried it might be too big, but it ended up being the perfect size for our space. Overall, we’re extremely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a big-screen TV with excellent picture quality and great performance.

Color and resolution are very good for an extra tv we use in the basement. We were not looking for a great looking tv, just one to replace an older flat screen. This Samsung fit our needs. Only bummer is that the tv sound is not that great; so I connected it to our bluetooth sound bar and that helps to compensate for the tinny tv sound. Overall, very good tv for the price we paid.

I usually use my associated device to access programming. TV takes control and forces streaming which I don't want instead of starting with my Direct TV system. I also have a soundbar which it fights me to use. It does not want me to use the connected soundbar also , when I turn the TV off, it always comes back on by itself. Find it very frustrating.

Overall it is a so so tv, had it for 2 years and issues popping up all the time. Started with clear thin horizontal line near bottom of screen, looks like a line of pixels have gone out Next volume will just suddenly drastically go down and controller can’t adjust it, have to turn tv off and back on to fix. Next the picture will freeze, sound continues as normal with a frozen image. Again have to restart tv to fix Always liked Samsung tvs but when I purchase next one an 85” this coming Black Friday am seriously thinking of changing brands Thanks
