I love that it comes in a 14 oz size, just the right amount to Indulge without feeling guilty. This ice cream is made with only 5 ingredients. Not all the other stuff I can't pronounce. I will be switching to Haagen -Dazs from now on. Very enjoyable.

Even my kid whole is not a big fan of vanilla loved it. We also made root beer floats with it. This is definitely going to be my go to vanilla ice cream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a big vanilla ice cream person, but I've been a Haagen-Dazs person since I started eating ice cream in 1983. I recently saw a link in an email from H-D to try the new version of Vanilla, so I gave it a shot. It's just perfect. The only thing I think could make it better is just a tiny bit of salt. I used to put salt on H-D Butter Pecan, and it made it my favorite ice cream for years. My current favorite is Triple Chocolate Fudge Cookie. I wish Haagen-Dazs would bring back Pralines & Cream.

I haven't had Haagen-dazs vanilla in over a year, but it's always been my go to when I wanted top notch 5 star quality ice cream. That's definitely not the case anymore. When I first tasted the "new and improved" formula it felt like a giant downgrade in quality. The creamy texture and sweet taste it used to have is no more. It has more of an icy texture, like they use more skim milk over cream and egg. Also, it's not as sweet as it used to be. To me it feels like they turned their ice cream into a frozen yogurt. If I wanted frozen yogurt I would have bought that instead. I feel like they went the same way as Breyers did with their vanilla and chose profit over quality by changing the formula. I don't think I will be buying this again unless they change it back to have the same quality it used to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's be honest - Haagen-Dasz is the best of the best when it comes to good ice cream, and who doesn't love ice cream...especially in the summer...but really all year long to be honest. Super creamy, classically delicious...excellent alone or with your favorite toppings. So versatile. I look forward to my dessert all day long. Our whole family loves it, especially our 10 year old. I recently made the mistake of buying a bargain brand...never again. Give me my haagen dasz!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream is good vanilla ice cream. When it comes to ice cream, my family and I are on "Team Vanilla". It is our favorite flavor, so we can identify when a vanilla ice cream is good. The ingredients are what you expect ice cream to have (just 5 ingredients! :cream, milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla extract). I have eaten a lot of grocery ice cream this past year and the ingredient lists are often not this short/simple. I like that this ice cream is readily available and easy to find. Growing up, Haagen-Dazs was considered a “fancy” ice cream and I am happy to report as an adult that it still lives up to that reputation. This ice cream is creamy, not too sweet and of course good with pie and cake. Haagen-Dazs is on my approved vanilla ice cream list and I will continue to put it into my grocery cart as I go down the freezer aisle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never been a fan of vanilla because I always thought it was boring but this one has impressed me. I would describe it as a fancy vanilla. By that I mean it has a rich creamier flavor than usual. The kind you would put on top of a warm cookie or brownie. That would be best friends with an apple pie. Its delicious on its own though if you prefer it that way. I like it comes in smaller personal sizes.

Wow. Disappointed. I was so happy to go ahead and eat my ice cream but then I noticed THE TASTE WAS BLAND ICEY AND NOT CREAMY I have heard that you have changed your recipe I am loyal to Haggan Dasz and have not eaten a different brand ice cream ever PLEASE CHANGE YOUR RECIPE BACK I BEG YOU!
