Too many broken to be a value

I have been buying these pretzels for 4yrs now as I use them in a concession stand. This year has been the worst by far when it comes to broken and unusable pretzels in the box. In the last order the broken pretzels were just about 50% of the box which is pretty much a waste of money to purchase since they are not something that I can use or sell.
