You know that you are purchasing a quality product with Nintendo. You are not going to get state of the art graphics, but you will experience waves of nostalgia while playing titles like Pokémon, The Legend of Zelda, Donkey Kong, Mario, and Metroid. Unfortunately, the games have increased in price, but some titles provide a free Switch 2 upgrade if you buy or already own the original Switch version. The dock requires its own charger out of the box, but the original switch charger will charge the console in handheld mode. I recommend a version that comes with a game to save $70. The new Mario Kart is gorgeous. Highly recommend if you have kids, family, or friends. If you play in handheld mode a majority of the time and own a Switch OLED, i would wait unless you want to play Switch 2 only titles like Donkey Kong Bonanza. If you have an original release Switch and you play it often, its totally worth an upgrade. It is larger than the original Switch, which makes it slightly more difficult to travel with. If you own a Switch lite, I would recommend traveling with that. Recommend a screen protector upon unboxing and a Satisfye grip for handheld use. Lastly, the original Switch Pro Controller works with the Switch 2. The only drawback is that the original controller cannot turn on the console, forcing you to experience a first-world problem by walking up to your Switch 2 to turn it on.

I didn’t have to wait long after the initial launch date to get my hands on the Switch 2. It only took a little patience. Having Walmart gave me early access when new stock came in. It was worth the wait. The Switch 2 is a great upgrade from the original.

It is what it is. I think it’s far better than the original switch . Mario kart world is decent but kinda the same old thing . I’ll still give 5 stars because it is pretty fun and the new donkey Kong and Zelda run great on it. I’m a Nintendo guy so I was going to buy it eventually .

Nintendo systems are always expensive when they are first released, so I was not surprised by the price. My 18 year old son loves gaming and Nintendo has always been his favorite. He is gonna be so happy to see this under the tree from Santa! Plus, it comes with a Mario cart game too!

i am giving 4 stars because i love that you can use regular switch games on the switch 2 the digital and the game cards and i like that you can update your swith one games to run better on the switch 2. i also love that you can use your previous swith controllers by pairing them with the new switch 2 and i like that you can hook up a web camera to the switch 2 and see others that are not with you and play games with them like there with you inperson but i don't like that the camra is not included and you have to buy it separately but cant complanin to much about it tho its a cool thing you can do with the switch2 now and i love the included game its super fun and what i don't like is that you can't use youtube or any other streaming services like hulu or netflix on this switch.on my previous switch i could use those streaming platforms and its a bummer because i used that feature alot on road trips with the kids and vacations it was nice having all of that in one hand held gaming device as well as allowing me to use streaming platforms but the new switch 2 games are great and the game play is a lot better then previous ones but other then that i really am enjoying this switch is it worth as much as its priced at yes and no depending on what your wanting in your gaming device. i would say yes because its great on the game play is alot better and the new games are pretty great and fun to play and if your only using it for gaming then its a very solid console and great for the price but if your wanting a gaming and streaming device the it would be a no and i wouldn't go with this and the price wouldn't be worth it i would look for something else. but all and all i really like it so far and my kids do to. also i don't like how much the switch 2 games are but it is what it is and i really enjoy this gaming console.

After seeing the release earlier this year, and my son wanting one for the past few years, we took the plunge and went all out for his Christmas gift! Since opening the game system Christmas Eve he has been almost non stop playing the system MK World and two other games we got him. Easy to set up, graphics are great, he can play on the tv or on the go!

Upgraded from the Switch OLED. Graphics seem better and it’s able to be brighter. Text is easier to read. The size upgrade of the screen seems perfect for handheld (any bigger would be heavier than I want to deal with). The larger Joycons are nice, but they are still thinner than I prefer so I will still get a grip case. Playing a single Joycon sideways is a much better experience than the previous models.

The NS2 does a lot, as it is such a busy device nonetheless! It overheats, but the cooling function does what it does as best it can. It does dissipates as best it can also. The battery life is horrendous, let’s get that out of the way. I did mention the NS2 does a metric ton of tasks, so I’ll give it that. I am using a Gravastar65 rapid charger along with Chubby cables to offset that. If the NS2 were an OLED panel, it would add 2 the cost per unit. 🔈🔊🍿 I have a LG Nano 9 Series in a 75’ variant anchored 2 a home theater, 5.1 surround sound system, which serves glorious purpose. 🍌🕹️🎶 Donkey Kong Bonanza, looks gorgeous on the handheld, but once docked 2 my theater screen, it changes everything. Mario Kart World™️ was in the bundle, which is a no brainer 2 grab as well. It is an investment, I’ll admit. My child plays the console at times, so I purchased a 9H blue light glass filter 2 help with handheld play sessions and eye fatigue. In the words of Tony Stark, ‘That man is playing Galaga!’ Happy gaming everyone!

There was no seal on the box and when you look up to see if the code is supposed to be a card inside the box it just says some come with a card and some prompt you on the shop to download the included game. So I hade to set up the whole switch to make sure the game was included and hot not been tampered with since there was no seal. This is a Christmas present for my child and would have been nice if I didn’t have to pull it out and set it up to make sure the game was included

Whether you like it or not, this is the pinnacle of Nintendo thus far. It’s not the greatest, besides being unique. What you’re paying for is portability. The same games are cheaper on other consoles, but being able to play them anywhere makes it almost worth it. Should have been 350, but these days most things have gone up in price.
