I got this for painting a louvered door that I started painting with a brush. The brush method was taking forever so I decided to try the Flexio 3000. After practicing for a few minutes I let it rip on the door. What a breeze to use and fun. It took only a few minutes per side and the results were great... no brush marks and no drips. Cleanup was fast and easy too. I should've bought one years ago. You become an instant professional painter.

I purchased this with some hesitation to do the underside of a very large deck and also for a number of louvered interior doors. I was concerned about whether it would spray the extremely thick Cabot solid color deck stain. This unit sprayed it with ease. Was very easy to control and obtain a uniform coat. Using a much thinner paint (and changing the settings) it did wonderfully on the louvered doors also. Definitely no issues here and I look forward to further projects. Just remember to thoroughly clean the unit afterwards -- which takes about 5 minutes to do it properly.

I found it easy to assemble. Love the testing poster to understand how the unit works. The two spray nozzles are a great idea and worked well. I found the various controls to be a great way to control the application of the paint. The assembled unit was light and easy to use. I especially like the latching mechanism for the spray nozzle to the X-Boost Turbine I wish the instructions were separated by language, so the manual portion I need would not be so bulky. I always hate the cleanup, however the small brushes that were included were of great assistance. The instruction manual was very helpful to me to make the clean up much simpler!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a lot of power painting sprayers, even the professional ones that you rent. This by far was the easiest one ever! I loved all the different attachments to make the jobs quick . The preparation has always been hard in the past, but with the detail nozzle I was able to trim with only some painter's tape and got the best results. I've painted my bathroom, outdoor fence, accent wall, and working on the kitchen cabinets next. Honestly this is a great value for how efficient it works. I even cleaned all the parts in the kitchen sink. I never do that. The cleanup was very easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve found that this Wagner sprayer provides a very nice, even spray pattern. I got really good coverage with the sprayer. I was very pleased with the sprayer and the results went beyond my expectations. The only thing I’d say about this is I wish it was better at spraying into small areas without overspray but I ended up just using a brush for the smaller areas. This sprayer reduced the traditional (roller/brush) paint time drastically without the strain on muscles and joints. The clean up was very easy. Just makes sure you do so before the paint drys on to the equipment (this is true for any paint tools, so this is not specific to this sprayer). Nice job Wagner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Flexio 3000 as a free product to review for Wagner. It was timely as I was just starting a new project to stain/paint the decking and dock boards. I had already owned a Flexio 590. The 3000 model is very similar with a couple improvements to control the air power and paint volume. The paint volume now has number settings verses just a + / - turn knob. This makes it easy to maintain the same setting between paint fills or to make fine adjustments. BIG IMPROVEMENT. The air power also has the same number settings 1 thru 12 but now allows for half settings again giving more control. I do prefer the 3000 over the 590 model. The project certainly went faster using the sprayer and it did a good job in evenly distributing the paint. However, since this was on decking boards about 10 years old the spray was not able to adequately get into the several cracks that are typical for older 2x6 decking boards. This was easily fixed by spraying 3 boards and then using a brush to go over what was sprayed. Final outcome looked good! Cleanup was very easy as the paint does not adhere to the plastic parts of the sprayer. Another plus is the case the the sprayer and all parts can be stored in. The only negative was that the trigger seemed to be harder to maintain full pressure. I found that on longer spray runs that I would lose pressure on the trigger and the amount of paint sprayed would be reduced. Not a defect in the model just something to be aware of. I am a DIY guy and will only use the sprayer a couple times a year. For the beginner or intermediate users this is a winner. My son will now receive my old Flexio 590 model.

It is FAST and efficient with no mess and a great finish. I am only using water- based paint to simplify the cleaning process. As long as you keep it clean and fresh it should last a long time. Tip: I keep the sprayer with fresh paint inside a sealed bag in a refrigerator until I finish all the paint and then I clean it.

Recently bought this for a bathroom remodel. I masked off everything with tape and plastic because there is overspray. With any paint sprayers remember that it's all about the prep work that may take 70% of your time but is easily overlooked. Because I took the time to mask off everything, cleanup was a breeze and I didn't need to touch up anything. The sprayer easily covered all my walls and adhered to it well. I did 2 coats, one after the other because cleaning the sprayer is a chore. The cleanup process takes about the same time as a large commercial sprayer but less paint is wasted on the overall project. Also the plastic bags you can put the paint in work wonderfully. Overall it is a great sprayer, just take your time to do a project so it's done well the first time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am able to do large or small jobs with this combo, does both with ease, painted a swing and repainted walls and cabinet with not much overspray. And clean up is a breeze with liners. Would definitely recommend this sprayer.

I have used the sprayer for painting our fence and arbors. It is super easy to use and completes the job in hours instead of days. This sprayer has paint flow and power settings and can be used for stains, water based or oil based paints. Highly recommended!!
