Inconsistent and Messy

I purchased the Wagner to complete a few home projects. It worked great when I used the first 6 times it to paint bedroom furniture and a vanity. I tried using it to paint a wall and not only the reservoir kept falling, paint splattered all over the place and I had to use a roller.

Wagner Flexio 3000, So easy to use.

This is the first Paint Spray I have used in 30 years. I was amazed you could paint thick Latex paint without thinning and come out so perfect. My first job was a wine cabinet I just built. It turned out so professional looking. I'm planning to paint my whole house in the spring with it now.

Great Sprayer

I’m impressed with the fine finish of the Flexio 3000! The only “problem” I’ve had were self induced rookie technique errors simply corrected with a kick in my gluteus maximus. As with ANY tool: read and understand the operators manual before use. Also, there are nicely produced videos available to supplement the manual. Just for grins and giggles I read some of the other reviews. Of the very few low ratings only 2 people claim to have read the manual. I’m sure 1 of those was fibbing. Customer service responses are quite informative and professional.

Very happy with my purchase

I recently purchased the Flexio 3000 to paint custom kitchen cabinets I build in my house. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and must admit I was very hesitant at first and to be honest a bit worried about what kind of results I get from the sprayer. But that last thing I wanted was the cabinets to be painted with a brush and roller. I dreaded thinking about the time it would take to paint them by hand and knowing how poorly the results would look. The project stalled for a few months while I debated what to do. I contemplated hiring the job out. But finally decided between the cost to hire out the job and the fact I had worked for a painter not that many years ago I should just do the painting myself. I have an older Wagner Sprayer (20ish years old if I had to guess) that I only used a couple of times. It required the paint to be ‘thinned’ and I never seemed to get good results from it… but admittedly I gave up rather quickly on it and haven’t tried it again since. It’s still in the original box. Lol I thought about giving it another try but decided against it. So, with some trepidation I purchased the Flexio 3000 and decided to give Wagner Sprayers another try. Not having to ‘thin’ the paint was one of the biggest ‘convincers’ for me. Once I got the sprayer home it took a while to decide which nozzle I wanted to use. After watching a few of your videos on YouTube I decided to go with the larger one since I had a lot of cabinets to paint. I have just one coat of paint on them so far but can’t get over how happy I am with the results. The sprayer was easy to use and adjust and even the cleanup was simple. The paint coverage was even, and I haven’t found one drip on the cabinets yet! Wishing I had purchased the sprayer sooner and honestly can’t wait to use it again!

Good product, better manufacturer

I bought a Wagner flexio 3000 in October. I was a little careless and ended up getting paint into the blower unit which ruined it. I knew there was no resolution because it was a self induced problem. After a reluctant call to the support team at Wagner they helped me resolve my problem 100%. I never expected the pleasant experience I had working with them. I did not give them five stars because I think the problem I had might be something that people might repeat if not careful. I also think the Wagner unit that has the blower separated by a hose might have been my best choice because I was doing a large job and unit was a little heavy due to the blower being attached. Either way, I would definitely recommend Wagner!

One sprayer to do it all!!

I recently purchased my flexio 3000 and I have to say it’s a jack of all trades! I use the sprayer to paint gaming terrain for my business. i can easily adjust the paint flow and I really like having the large and small attachments depending on the size of the project I’m spraying! I have not had a clog yet and It’s also easy to clean , I highly recommend the flexio 3000!

Love the finish the product gave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on the handicap ramp made of wood, the step by step instructions were wonderful. I was able to spray pickets without overage spray using this gun. Adjustable pattern dial made it easy for vertical and horizontal passes, along with a dial to adjust the paint flow. There were very minimal drips and this was due to operator error. I was easily able to set the sprayer up without any issue. You are able to adjust the trigger to spray. This sprayer is very easy to use and the clean-up is very easy. I recommend following the manufacturer directions for use of the spray gun.

So Easy To Use

We bought the Wagner Flexio specifically for a furniture refinishing project, a dresser and two night stands. The Wagner saved hours of time and provided a high quality, factory, finish. It is extremely easy to use and even easier to clean. For a quality paint job that saves you time and money choose the Wagner Flexio.

Works great! Less waste and finer spray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a more precise airless paint sprayer for different projects outside and around the home with less waste/overspray. This gun worked very well for what I used it on so far. I first used the larger cup/nozzle assembly with latex paint on an outdoor wooden picnic table. I set the gun based on the instructions and made a couple adjustments as I started spraying to match my preference. This sprayed very well and noticed that it wasted less than previous airless guns I have used. Once I was done, i rinsed the tank with water and ran some through the system, then disassembled the tank assembly and nozzle and soaked them and then wiped them out with the provided brush where possible then wiped dry. I then used the finer detail cup/nozzle assembly on a brand new wooden interior door. I used a dark oil based stain. I just poured the stain in and adjusted as instructions state, then did a test spray on a piece of similar scrap wood and had it spray per my preference. I then sprayed the door and it sprayed on very nice and smooth. The finish looks much better than if I would have brushed the stain on. This detail assembly emits a finer mist than the regular cup which provides less orange peel, which is a smoother finish and is more like glass. Once I was finished I poured my remaining stain back into it's container, then put mineral spirits on the tank and sprayed some through the gun, then disassembled the gun assembly, cleaning with the brush and dry rags with mineral spirits. I then ran water through the system just to make sure everything worked properly, then drained it out and dried it off. This worked very well with both cups. They each have their purpose.

Great for a DIY Guy

I do a lot of DIY projects for myself and friends. I did not need an expensive unit that a profesional painter would require. I needed a couple of things - 1) Something I could afford, and 2) Something that didn't require a rocket scientist to use. The Flexio 3000 is just what I needed. It was priced at a price point I could afford and allowed me to upgrade just a little from what I planned to spend. A quick read through the User's Guide was all it took to get started. The results are very good if you just use it like the videos and Users Guide suggest.
