For only 380 calories this bowl is very filling! I’m very surprised at how much food comes in this bowl. The single use bowl makes it easy for bringing lunch to work or to a hotel. Yummy quick and easy meal.

I did like that there were beans, rice, and corn in it. I think it’s a good portion size and I do like that it’s compact to fit in my lunch box. I will not purchase this in the future. This might be better if it was added to a different meal and fixed up a bit with sauces and toppings.

You don’t need to add water or anything just pop in the microwave for 90 seconds and you’re good to go! I like that the ingredients are clean, which leaves me feeling good about what I’m putting into my body. It tasted great. Mine was a little dry but it could have been because I needed less time for the wattage of my microwave. Overall, good for a quick well rounded, clean meal for busy days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was okay. It was easy to make since you just remove the film and pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds per the instructions. I also added in some water just so that the rice wouldn’t harden up and it remained moist. It’s a bit small of a serving for me for lunch so I added some extra protein. I added in two eggs, cheese and a turkey sausage for some extra flavor and protein and to keep me full for longer. It’s also a bit too spicy for me, which I didn’t expect as I don’t think it said it would be on the packaging. But I also can’t really handle much spice and usually choose no spice or a mild spice flavor. So if you can handle spicy food, this will probably not be an issue for you. Overall, not bad. Easy to take to work and reheat but probably won’t be super filling for lunch.

It is very flavorful and it contains a good mix of ingredients (including veggies) mixed with the beans and rice. Each package contains 9 oz, which might be enough for 1-2 portions.

The ingredient list was good, not filled with a bunch of preservatives. Overall, I would try other flavors, but probably not this one again.
