Felt it was just as good as the chicken version of this same brand even though I loved the chicken one a little more over all very good lots of flavor I could of ate another. Did a fine job on the packing nice branding as well. Texture of if was fine to me a few people might not enjoy this this I certainly did and would eat it again.

The size is ideal for ONE person only (this is important), it heats up easily in the microwave and turns out to be a nutritious and delicious meal for any occasion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this to try from Influenster. I like that it’s easy to take and heat up, simple enough. The rice and bean burrito bowl is that, after you heat it up, becareful- the steam will get you for sure but it kind of smells like a fart and body funk. I wasn’t too thrilled about that, but because I took the gamble of taking it for my lunch at work- I had no choice. It actually didn’t taste too bad, I think it needs salsa or cheese or both but it didn’t taste bad, like taco/southwest seasoned beans and rice and like 4 cornels of corn. Would I buy it? Honestly that is a double edged sword, it smells so if you aren’t eating it at home, no but if you only eat at home for work, then yes.

In about 90 seconds you'll have a delicious burrito bowl that almost tastes like take out. It Smelled good while cooking and had a very nice spicy flavor. Wrap it up in a tortilla for a quick burrito or Add some fresh ingredients like cheese, sour cream, lettuce, & salsa and it's close enough to a bowl you'd get at Moe's or Chipotle. I like that it's vegetarian & definitely will be looking for other options to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a pretty good and easy meal. I like how I could just throw it in my work bag and it didn’t need to be refrigerated. It was quick in the microwave, and a good sized portion. It had a little spice to it, I did end up adding some cheese for flavor and ate it with some tortilla chips. Would probably also be good in a burrito!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love uncle Ben’s microwavable rice bags so I thought this would be good as well, boy was I wrong. First let’s start with what’s good about it, excellent packaging nice and colorful entices you in. Only 90 sec to microwave kinda what you expect and what uncle Ben’s is known for, taste was ok just something was off with the texture. Now the bad, food was dry to the point the rice wouldn’t fully cook and was hard, beans were dry and every bite I took it felt like I was taking a shot of oil, it was like a BP oil spill that coated my mouth after three bites I just tossed it. Disappointed I wanted to like it so bad I’ll just stick to uncle Ben’s Spanish rice and add some fresh vegetables to it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute packaging and great portion size! The taste is a bit bland for my liking, needed to add some seasonings. Texture is great, not soggy whatsoever! Fresh ingredients and perfect portion for one person on the go or to sit and eat as a family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product was vegetarian and had spiciness to it. The mix of black beans, corn, peppers and tomatoes was delicious. I think I would add more fresh tomatoes. The next time I have this and maybe a few more black beans. I did enjoy that there were 0 g of added sugar however the sodium of 590 mg is very high. This won’t be a staple in my diet due to the sodium content, I do plan to purchase if I’m on the go or traveling as this is a good vegetarian quick alternative for occasional eating.

They are perfect amount of spice, rice and beans only thing I would have love little more corn mixed in.I have already ordered more. Perfect for Lunch, Dinner anytime really. The bowl packaging looks bit fast and crowded yet it is easy to read and follow directions of. The design of the packaging box is authentic mexican design and identify as a Mexican food from far away because of it. The packaging is easy to open and heat up. The food tastes good and enough for one person meal. The ingredients are simple and easy to understand and know. This was not a frozen food and therefore it's easy to carry to work or school etc places without worrying about keeping it cold or frozen etc. It is all about covenant this is the best part about this product.
