It heats up super quick in just 90 seconds and everything was thoroughly cooked. I added some cheese and sour cream to mine and it was tasty. It seemed like a small bowl at first but it actually had a good amount for a lunch break. I’m definitely buying more of these!

It is made with high-quality ingredients and seems to be very nutritious. The food itself was delicious and was an excellent complement to a Mexican inspired meal. For 330 calories you get protein, carbs, and veggies. It’s very filling and has a nice mild flavor. There is almost no heat. I would suggest adding a bit of water but other than that it is a nice little meal. I would definitely get again. Not to eat regularly but every once in a while for when I don’t feel like cooking.

I thought it needed more seasoning, it's not spicy at all, if that is a concern for you regarding your child eating it for a 90 second snack, or a quick lunch. I will definitely try the other flavors they have, the rice was pretty good, just a little sticky, not too bad. The beans, and corn taste good, and there's enough in it, it's not sparse. Perfect for a quick lunch at the office, and doesn't need refrigeration so you can keep it at your work space.

The flavor profile is barely there, it’s hard to tell what you’re actually eating. The texture of the rice is not soft and fluffy, it’s needle like. I wouldn’t recommend to say the least.

The nutrition is great I like how there is still some source of protein from this. Overall I felt like it lacked some flavor, but can be easily fixed simply by adding some sauce to it. I would definitely try again.
