Horrible customer service and warranty service

Warranty replacement TV arrived damaged. LG repeatedly transferred me between departments and attempted to redirect responsibility back to the retailer, despite LG shipping the replacement themselves. Resolution took excessive time and effort for an issue that was not my fault. I will not purchase LG products again due to poor warranty fulfillment and customer support.

No pictures after professional installation…

Waste of money to install a broken tv in my restaurant and now I have to stuck with it until they come back to pick up the broken tv from my restaurant. So disappointed ☹️

Came out of the box damaged

TV came out of the box with a distorted picture. There is a huge obling section of the screen that is discolored compared to the rest.
