[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG makes the screens for several vendors and they really have a terrific process and as a legacy branded industrial engineering firm, they build systems that both perform and dazzle. This 77 has it all. The image quality is fabulous, crisp and there remotes are responsive. We replaced the 65" B processor with the 77 C processor and it is a nice step up, but the B still commands watching sports or movies, the 65 is in the smaller den. I watch the usual through ROKU boxes, subscribe to YOUtubeTV and the major premium channels and have great image quality but not as good as BlueRay DVD but i only have 1 DVD because I gave them away for convenience...99% of what I watch is streamed and this gives you great image quality and sound, too...i have yet to want to bring my Paradigm system with the big Yamaha amplifier up to connect it to this 77 because it is good enough....and for concerts we wear the headsets through the ROKU or the LG blue tooth....great combo, I have grown to rely on LG.

My kids are floored by the size. This is my 3rd LG OLED as I also own a 42" C4 that I use as a monitor for my Mac. I see no need to look anywhere else. With the Black Friday deals that are going on it's a great deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought the 77" LG c5 and am extremely happy. I have previously owned various sizes of the c7, c8, c9, cx, c2, and c4 and the jump up this year is big. It gets noticeably brighter than the previous generations and the upgraded processor is also faster. The picture is much brighter so that I can have my lights on or my windows open with much less issue. I hooked up my gaming laptop to the tv and can confirm that it can handle gsync/144hz/HDR pass through/etc. I prefer the new menu system vs. the previous gens but they have moved quite a bit of options around and the application of the tech is different. Previously, it was recommended to turn off a lot of the picture enhancements because it did weird motion stuff with the pictures but with the new cinematic modes and picture settings, the enhancements are nice to have on without it messing up the picture. One really nice thing about the new tv is that the vesa mount is now higher on the TV. If you have previous lg oleds, the vesa mounting was always really low on the tv and it made it awkward to wall mount because it needed to sit much lower to line up. I also like the updated magic remote and that it can control all my devices much better than before vs just relying on CEC. My only qualm with the TV is the audio pass through. I have a very high end sound system and I cannot pass through truehd/master audio correctly. It's always an issue with every tv/brand, surprisingly, my old c9 was the only tv that passed audio through correctly. I did briefly use the TV speakers and there is a setting to improve the audio with it wall mounted or if it's on a stand. I hardly ever use my TV speakers since I have it hooked up to a full sound system but I do sometimes use it when I'm making changes. The TV speakers are decent if you're in a pinch but I would recommend still getting something to improve the audio. I'm very happy and recommend this product strongly.

So many settings to tweak so you can get the levels of smoothing, de-judder, and color correction to suit your taste. Or turn on Filmmaker mode and leave the settings up to the creator of whatever you're watching! Big fans of horror movies here, so the darkness of the black pixels was a big selling point. They fully deliver on the promise; the contrast is amazing, and we're exciting to use this TV for many years to come. Only small downside is the lack of support for the Kanopy app; so many high-quality movies that we wish we had easy access to in the LG ecosystem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality on this tv is fantastic. I've had my old 65” tv for about 10 years until it just stopped working. After some research, this tv hit all my requirements in terms of refresh rate, OLED, and size. Everyone says the color and picture is extremely vibrant. The sound quality is only ok, so I would recommend a sound bar/speakers to go with it. Other than that, I highly recommend this tv.

Colors look natural and vivid, and the contrast from the OLED technology makes movies and shows look almost lifelike. My wife loves it too, which says a lot because we notice the difference every time we watch something. It really does change the viewing experience. The design is sleek and modern, and the interface is easy to use. Whether we are watching movies, sports, or playing games, everything looks incredibly smooth and crisp. This TV has definitely become the centerpiece of our living room. Highly recommended.

Display is amazing even in our bright living room. It infact exceeded my expectations. We already have a C4 65' tv that we bought 5 years ago which has become a part of our family and this just another terrific addition to our new home high roof living room wall. The LG C5 83-inch is a 4K UHD TV, so resolution is , with full support for 4K streaming, 4K Blu‑ray, and 4K gaming. Sound in this TV is impressive than the older version. Looking forward to the Christmas break to enjoy the Christmas movies on this. 😀 Overall we are super happy with the purchase and we got it for a great price for this thanks giving too.

Motion handling is smooth, making it great for movies, sports, and gaming. The 4K resolution and refresh rate deliver a very sharp and immersive viewing experience. Overall, this TV feels premium and performs exactly as expected from a high-end OLED.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My space is inherently dark due to having a night time occupation. The infinite contrast of the WOLED panel makes the picture pop. I previously had a 10 year old curved panel and it was lovely but after seeing my best friend's C1 I knew I wanted to eventually grab one of these myself. Gaming plays a small role in my life and the ability to have 120 hz refresh for my Xbox and PS5 was a huge factor in my choice. Games look amazing, the latency is almost non-existent and they look better than they ever have before when compared to what I previously had. The only issue I have is WebOS and the settings menu. WebOS is fine, I just don't need it to be there when I turn the TV on. The settings menus seem lacking for the quality of this set. I like to tinker and while I can't articulate what's missing from the settings that I'd prefer to have, I can say it's annoying that things are grayed out when I should be able to control everything at any given moment. Overall, I'm very happy and will continue to work on perfecting my experience.
