The picture quality is incredible thanks to the new Alpha 9 Gen8 processor—the upscaling makes everything look sharp, and the OLED perfect blacks are unmatched. The Brightness Booster really makes HDR content pop, even in a room with some ambient light, which was a nice surprise compared to older OLEDs. For gaming, this TV is a beast. The 144Hz refresh rate and instant response time make games feel incredibly smooth, and having four full HDMI 2.1 ports is super convenient for connecting multiple consoles. The new webOS 25 interface is snappy and easy to navigate. The picture quality is just super clean and natural, with deep blacks and realistic colors without oversaturation. Out of the box it already looked good, and after a bit of tweaking it’s become amazing for everything — movies, shows, sports, all of it just looks perfect and the size makes it feel pretty cinematic at home. For gaming, though, it really shines. Input lag feels very low, and once Game Mode is on, everything just responds instantly on PS5/PC. 4K at high refresh rates, VRR, and those HDMI 2.1 ports make it easy to plug in multiple devices and not think about it again. HDR games look great too — bright highlights, detailed dark areas, and no weird smearing or ghosting in fast scenes. If you’re into gaming and also want something that’s just solid for everyday watching, this has been a amazing upgrade.

Blacks are darker and brights are brighter!

The smart features are very convenient and make hands free controlling your television easy with Amazon Alexa. It came with a free LG sound bar so the overall sound quality of the setup is excellent. My previous 70 inch LG was 10-20 lbs heavier due to being older and thicker. The new OLED 77 inch C5 is razor thin and awesome looking when wall mounted which was so easy due it being so light. The glass screen seems sturdier than the old LCD technology soft screen. I was still very scared to handle it while wall mounting it due to it being so thin but it installed great.

Regular content looks extremely clean, and HDR and Dolby Vision just pop off the screen. Nothing beats OLED and the C5 delivers on all marks in the price bracket. There is nothing better out there for the money. The new remove is also an improvement for me, as the older LG remotes featured piano black plastics that scratch easy and feel slick in the hand. The new remote is matte in finish and easy to navigate with. The latest updates with WebOS 25 have also made it easier to navigate around the interface. Which absolutely purchase again.
