My dermatologist recommended this when I asked her to guide me on a basic skincare routine, as my skin has been looking dull. It's a little more gel like than solid, and it feels wet on the skin for a minute but then dries really nicely and makes my skin feel very soft.

I used some of my neighbor's Hydro Boost and thought I would try it. I am impressed with the condition of my skin when I use it. I layer my retinol/HA cream with it at night and use my CC cream in the morning with it. It feels great and is not greasy!

No idea whether this stuff really works or not yet. Working from home stopped the daily eye cream and sunblock apps and the forehead and nose got very rough. Got a teaser tester of this stuff w a sunblock patch and though it w/be a good substitute for in-home use. Time will tell.

I like it but something in it made my part of my face itch. I'm not really a sensitive person but some how this made me really itch. It did feel good when applying it to my face and i could feel how it really hydrates. If there was a similar product that won't make me itch I would love to use it. I would recommend it if it didn't make me itch. The quality was great and value is not bad for something that actually works. I'm from Georgia and i honestly used it a few times but had to stop because of the itching.

I bought this because I was completely disappointed in the changes a competing product made, discontinued favorites, raised prices, etc. My poor dried feet are completely revived, my arms are looking great. This product will be my go to from now on. Wish it wasn't floral in scent but it fades quickly. I do prefer no scent products.

This gel is pleasant and made my skin feel nice and smooth. It is breathable and has a nice smell that fades. Unfortunately it does not moisturize enough for my skin, which after three days was feeling very tight and dry. I may try the cream formula, because this gel seems to be a very nice product.

I have suffered every winter with dry skin on my face. Lotions didn't help much. Hydro boost has greatly improved my skin and I use it in the morning when I awake and before bedtime. Now here's the surprise: I'm a 71year old man. Go figure! Kudos Neutrogena.

I have used this since it was put out to the public and I love it. My face feels soft and if dry, instantly quenched when I use it - twice a day after washing my face. I recommend this product to everyone who would ask me how I keep my skin hydrated - I drink a lot of water and use this.

I am 66 years old. While I've always had oily skin, my age now includes both oily and dry. I use this water gel and it handles by moisturizing enough but not over. Somehow when I use this, I don't get oil on my skin and my skin is nice and soft. Double win. I LOVE this product!!!

This is great. Not too greasy. Applies evenly and my skin feels so soft.
