It is super hydrating and moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling plump. When I wash my face, my skin feels incredible. This layers well over my serums and under make up.

I received a sample at my local Target and loved this product from the start. I have combination skin and it is just the right amount of moisture. It is so soothing to use at the end of the day after I take off my make up. This cream has such a wonderful scent. Usually scented creams bother my face, but not this one. Nice job!

I've finished using the hydra boost extra dry skin and loved it because it was simple, fragrance-free and dye-free. I thought the normal version would be the same... Turns out it has a strong fragrance and a blue tint! Why do you have to put in all that extra useless ingredients Neutrogena ?!?!? I definitely will not repurchase but will repurchase the extra dry skin version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, I found the texture to be pleasant. A little goes a long way, so I dab my cheeks, chin, and forehead then rub in. The scent is mild but like a lotion - not my favorite yet tolerable. I use after cleansing my face, to lock in the moisture my skin may have lost. There is a glow after using that tells me, my skin is healthy and happy. I feel beautiful after using my Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel!

I usually LOVE Neutrogena products. I was really excited to try this one because my skin is super dry. I love the exfoliating Hydro Boost scrub, so I wanted to pair this with it. I tried it on my hand and loved the feeling. I put it on my face this morning, and my skin looked and felt amazing. I honestly can't remember the last time my face felt so good. My typical foundation blended over this nicely, and surprisingly enough, it really smoothed out the skin underneath. At first the smell was alright, but it has been on my skin for 5 hours now, and it is overwhelming. I get migraines from intense scents, and I have one currently. My skin is also starting to itch. If the fragrance wasn't a part of the product, it would be a 5/5. My sensitive skin and migraines aren't enjoying this at all.

I've been using this product daily for 2 months. I definitely agree with the claim that it doesn't clog pores. Finally I found a moisturizer that doesn't cause breakouts. I live in Massachusetts where it gets really cold and dry but this product is super moisturizing and I rarely have dry skin with this product. I struggle with acne and get really bad breakouts at times. My breakouts haven't been as bad since using this product.

This winter was brutal on my poor skin and made it drier than it has ever been. I was given the chance to try out Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel and in the past 4 weeks the results have been great. My poor dry dehydrated skin is starting to get its glow back. The water gel really feels like your jumping into water it is that light. A little bit goes a long way too. You can use this day or night but I prefer to use mine at night so it can really go deep down into my skin and give it maximum hydration. I like that it is light weight and works great under my makeup without making it clumpy. It also smells great, with a clean refreshing scent. This is now my go to moisturizer. I received this for review purposes. However I only give me honest opinions.

i bought this last week at first i felt really nice but i had to add another or two more layers for my skin to actually feel moisturized. then just recently my skin has been burning once i put it on my face it doesn't burn after i rub it in but still. i thought it was because i used acne cleansing pads before i put the moisturizer on (i wait for my skin to dry from the pads) but after seeing all the other reviews about skin burning i realize that its not the pads. i've been waiting to try this gel for a long time and it makes me sad that i wasted money on something i've been waiting on.

I have been struggling with skin issues from my medication I need to take for medical conditions. This product is the only thing that has helped. My skin is no longer dry and blotchy and it is amazing. I also adore the cool feeling when I apply it. I wish I could soak my whole body in a tub of this every day. THANK YOU NEUTROGENA !
