I have been using Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel for years and it was my 'holy Grail" but something changed in the formula. this actually burns my skin when applied. it never did this before. I have a hard time with creams as they can be too greasy and the water gel was perfect. now i have to stop using it because of the burning sensation it causes me. i am so sad this was the best moisturizer on the market in my opinion for me.

I really like using this Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream for extra dry skin. It absorbs quickly and actually leaves my skin feeling moisturized. It feels light and not heavy while applying too but delivers the results that I would expect from a moisturizing cream. It was not greasy or oily either. I love that it is non-comedogenic so it won't clog my pores too. There is no fragrance which is good for my skin, as well. It has been helping my dry skin a lot. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I did not expect it to be as hydrating as it is. I think it is a little pricey though compared to all the other products that also hydrate your skin. A pack came free with other neutrogena make-up removing towelettes. I tried these a few times with no problems and then had a mysterious redness and itchiness on my face. At the time, I didn't know why and didn't think this was the cause. Last evening, i used one again and my face broke out immediately. It is swollen and red and itchy. It is red Even where i swiped my neck on one side. I don't have allergies in general so this is completely new.

I bought this product recently and after being in the sun for nearly 4 days. My skin was sunburned and peeling at the time. I have been using a different brand of moisturizer for almost a year and after the abuse I put my skin through, my normal product was not getting it done and lately my usual product had been making my skin greasy so I knew it was time for a change. I tried this product and wow right away my dry peeling skin looked radiant, well hydrated and so healthy without being oily. Plus my skin feels so soft!! I purchased this product in Jan 2017 in search of a good moisturizer. Didn't think it would work because it said hydrating, instantly making me think I would look like a GREASE SLICK. Boy was I wrong. I am very oily and with this product I not only hydrate my skin, I DON'T have to touch up my makeup due to oil breakthroughs. It's the only moisturizer for me.

My overall skin texture has improved and my skin feels and looks wonderful. I gave been using this product for the past two months and am anxious to see how it works in the winter. I also have very sensitive skin and this product doesn't irritate it at all. Compared to other moisturizers it relatively economical to use and works very well with makeup.

I have been a staunch Chanel skin care product user for years. After paying hundreds of dollars for creams, serums etc.. I decided to try the Neutrogena Hydro line and purchased the water gel and eye cream. My skin is sensitive so I tend to be careful with eye creams since watery eyes is a problem reaction at times. I have been using both products for a couple of months, finishing my first tube and jar and I love the results. My skin never looked better and the value is amazing! I am now heading out to restock my supply.

Its a gel moisturizer that contains hyaluronic acid and dimethicone to lock in moisture. I don't think it's groundbreaking but I like that it cools the skin and gets the job done.

This product is supremely moisturizing for my postpartum, very dry, winter season skin. It does not leave any stickiness or icky residue, and absorbs well into my skin. The hydration effects are long-lasting, and my skin Feels softer immediately after using it. I'm looking forward to purchasing this when I run out, and continuing to use it! I was so confused why this wasn't working for me - hyaluronic acid is my skin's BFF! - until I looked at the ingredients list. The active ingredient (also called sodium hyaluronate) is the 6TH FROM LAST INGREDIENT!!! Which if you know anything about how ingredients are listed, that means that the product contains very little of it and consists mainly of fillers - but it's still marketed as if it's a main ingredient. I wouldn't be so upset if it wasn't for the dishonesty factor. Especially when it's a brand I thought I could trust, tricking their customers into spend money on something that isn't really what they think it is. Very disappointed in neutrogena. Will be more cautious next time.
