I think I can speak for everyone who has used dust water hydrating gel can say that it feels so refreshing when applying. It's definitely hydrating and leaves great moisture.

I really wish Neutrogena was cruelty free. This product works amazing for prepping my clients skin for makeup if they have oily skin. Good base for makeup.
