I really wanted to like this product. Out of the jar, the fragrance is pleasant but as the day progresses, the fragrance makes my eyes burn and sinuses ache. I used it twice with the same result. Because of this, I have no idea if the product is effective as a moisturizer. Too bad it's not offered for sensitive skin or unscented.

This is a game changing product! I use this twice a day (I have very dry skin). I have tried so many other brands be nothing has compared! I will use this product for the rest of my life! I cannot speak highly enough for this face lotion!!! A million thumbs up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the presentation, it is a good size for the price, it looks very good quality when you open the container, you can smell the fresh and clean smell when you use it on your face, it feels fresh and very hydrated, the skin is appreciated for the good ingredients, I have dry skin. and I like that it doesn't leave dry patches, it moisturizes well, I will definitely add it to my skin care routine.

Skin type: Oily I've been using this product for a few years now and it's pretty great! It has a gel-like consistency that absorbs well into the skin, fragrance-free, and leaves my skin feeling plump. It's especially great in the summer because it's super lightweight. Since it's so lightweight, I feel like it doesn't keep my skin as hydrated during the winter season. So I use it as a daytime moisturizer and then user a thicker moisturizer at night to trap in more hydration. But for the rest of the seasons, it works great for both day and night! I highly recommend, it's one of my HG moisturizers and I love that it's relatively inexpensive! Note: For those with a dry skin type, they have the “extra-dry gel-cream” version of this product. I haven't personally tried, but mentioning it for those who may not know :)

This is a great affordable moisturizer for those with oily skin. This gel moisturizer is very hydration but also very lightweight so it helps balance out the oils in your skin. This would not be good for those with dry skin because it is not as thick as other moisturizers are. This is definitely something I would consider trying out if you have oily skin, as there are also no known irritants in this moisturizer.

I'm on my fourth jar of this moisturizer, and I don't think I'll stop using it! It is incredibly lightweight and non-greasy, and it doesn't feel heavy on my skin at all. It absorbs super quickly so I'm not waiting around for a million years for it to soak in - I can apply my makeup afterwards and go! I usually apply this immediately after cleansing my skin, while my skin is still wet, to really get the benefits of the hyaluronic acid. I hope this is never discontinued because any other “gel” moisturizer I've used has made me a greaseball, but this one hasn't!

This is one of my favorite moisturizers. I received a sample of a gel moisturizer and it was life changing. So lightweight but so effective. I've used an entire jar of this and I can say confidently I really like this. I had a very hard time finding something that wouldn't break my skin out. This does not. It's a good moisturizer without the pore clogging issues I used to get from a more traditional moisturizer. The water gel base is great. I'm glad I tried it! Finally found something I think I'll stick with.

I have always been a huge Neutrogena fan! I don't think I've ever tried one of their products and not loved it. Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel is another awesome product that I'm not going to be able to live without. This moisturizer is just perfection. First of all, it feels fantastic going on. It's cool and refreshing and light. It doesn't feel greasy, or leave a sheen. And best of all, it leaves my skin soft and supple.
