I washed the rug at a new laundry mat with a huge washer and dryer After drying, the rug it was coming apart along the border

I have 2 of the big area rugs and love them. I did have the problem of vacuuming but I went out and bought a shark rechargeable floor and carpet sweeper and it works perfect. I will be buying more of these rugs.

Def not worth it. We bought 4 in various sizes and will be returning all of them. One wash of the small kitchen runner nd it's frayed and unraveled at the edge all the way around. Disappointed for sure.

We love this rug, but DO NOT try and dry it in your dryer. Take it to a laundromat instead. The washer can't ring out enough water, and the dryer now squeaks and grinds.

We've had this rug for about a month and it does not hold up well around the edges. It's super soft and spot cleans easily. However all of my sides are getting fuzzy and frayed. Very disappointed that it isn't lasting longer.

I loved it until it broke my washing machine! My ruggable which is a larger rug, washes fine. This one broke my washer and then shredded in my dryer. Very disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful so so soft no words to describe how it feels under your feet softer than cotton maybe more like cotton candy when it melts in your month. Color are light shades and beautiful.

Came with multiple stains that are not coming out. Nice rug if it didn't have large dark stains on it... They should really ship there rugs in something that won't rip open

I like how soft the rug is. Unfortunately, this rug cannot be vacuumed because it gets sucked up instantly. I thought a carpet sweeper might work but I shouldn’t have to purchase another cleaning device because of the vacuum issue

Bought a bunch of these rugs thinking they were an awesome find, not. They unravel when washed and do not hold up well. Now they say they are non returnable, yet they are Sams brand. bad quality, bad store
