We bought this rug back in January and followed all the instructions on how to properly clean it. This proceeds to break our washer and dryer at the same time. Our dryer we were able to fix but the washer was going to cost $800 to fix so we ended up buying a new one.

I just received this rug in the Blue Grey color. The blue is a bright blue, almost turquoise color. I like it. It is not thick or plush, I believe that is what allows it to be machine washable. But the rug is soft and my young boys enjoy rolling on it. This is used in our den, it is a little too flimsy for me to personally use in my main living room. For the price I would recommend, just understand it is not thick.

Cute and soft. Can NOT vaccume it. Washing is a pain as its HUGE. If you dont want or need to clean it, id say , do it. BUT just beware. This needs to be recalled and its not durable. I have 5 kids and 2 big dogs and this was supposed to replace a rug and now i have to figure out what to do with it.

This rug is extremely soft and gorgeous. It is very thin for a rug. I cannot run the vacuum/shampooer on it because the rug cannot withstand the suction. It is supposed to be washable, but I think it is too big for a residential washing machine. I will take it to a laundry mat if I decide to wash it. It is pretty and feels great on bare feet. I am keeping it in place, but I don't think I would buy it again.

The rug is extremely soft and beautiful. However it's not vacuum friendly as no matter what setting it gets sucked up and can't vacuum it. And on top of that it's advertised as machine washable however after one Gentle wash following the instructions, the corner still unraveled.

We just bought this rug today and it feels and looks really good in our area. Obviously we have not washed it yet, so no comment on that. But, we were thinking since we don’t have a high capacity front load washing machine we could steam wash it and it should be okay. We got this one so our baby can crawl seeping comfortably.

The softest rug you’ll ever touch and feels amazing under your feet. The patterns all look very high-end. It’s a GREAT price! A rug this size typically goes for three times as much. My only problem is that it can't be vacuumed with a standard machine! Only very low suction will work. Both of my Dysons failed but the Roomba has no issue. I bought the large size rug thinking I had found the perfect solution for my 2-dog home. Alas, it is incompatible with my washer (a large capacity with no agitator). If I did manage to cram it in there, which I tried mightily but wasn’t able to do, there would be no space left for it to move around to agitate. And while it’s easy to lift when rolled up, it becomes bulky and heavy when unrolled and trying to lift into washer (I tried). Not to mention how heavy it would be when it’s wet. It needs to be taken to a laundromat industrial washer, which in my book cancels any convenience of having a machine washable rug. Secondly my vacuum, even on the least suction setting, still lifts the rug up off the floor and sucks its edges into the vacuum, requiring that I finagle the vacuum by lifting it and setting it onto the middle of the rug to avoid sucking up the edges. On the up side, the rug is pretty and very soft. Just understand it will be difficult to vacuum and will require a trip to the laundromat (with plenty of muscle) to wash it.

Ordered on December 3 to prepare for family visiting. It’s arrival date was supposed to be December 12th. It’s now the evening of the 13th and it still hasn’t even shipped. Contacted customer service and they said someone would get back to me in 3-5 days. I wish there was an option to cancel my order at this point so I can go to a local store and get a rug.

It’s not exactly the colors I thought it would be. I could see anyone who likes Yellowstone to like this design, it’s a little more country than I thought it would be. The rug is extremely soft and nice. I have not washed it yet but I did try the vacuum on it with so many reviews saying it couldn’t be vacuumed I have a shark navigator and if I put it on shag setting it will vacuum without getting too stuck, also my robot vacuum had no issues at all. I will be buying again for other rooms once I check how well it washes.
