I bought my original rug a little over a year ago for our living room and we were SO impressed! I've washed it 4 times so far (we have 6 kids who are rough on everything) and it's held up beautifully! It's seriously the softest rug too! It was an easy decision to go out and by another one when we wanted a rug for another room in the house! We now have 2 and love both!

We purchased this 9.6" x 6.6" rug for our beach house at the Panama City Beach, Florida Sam'sClub. Because we have ceramic tile flooring, we bought a $48, 3/8" foam pad at Lowe's to place underneath. Our living room isn't huge and we thought this might take up too much room. Instead, once placed, it makes the room look larger! We wish we could attach a photograph to show how much (over the previous 5' x 7' shag rug) this improves our cool, relaxing, beach vibe as it has a soft off- white/beige tones mixed in with cream coloring.

These rugs are 10x the quality of ruggable or tumble. So super soft. Please make more neutral, subtle warm colors. The light gray is the closest I got to my house style. I wish it was a little more warm but it can go cool or warm luckily. Would love to see more warmer options!

Thankfully we were able to return the rug even after having it for a few weeks. You can't vacuum the rug with just any vacuum. We have a small vacuum that we use everyday and it couldn't vacuum the rug. Our rainbow vacuum worked, but that isn't an everyday option. Also, we tried to wash the rug in our large capacity front load washer and it did not come clean. Don't waste your money or time.

This is my FAVORITE rug. I’ve spend over $200 on other rugs and this is my favorite. Spot cleans super well. Vacuuming took take some learning since it doesn’t have a stiff backing it does pick up if the setting is too high but on my vacuum on the low setting it’s cleans well. Drying did take a bit because it recommended drying at a low temperature but I gave up and put it on medium and it was fine. I do have 2 kids (one being an infant)and 2 dogs (one being a puppy) and this rug was done well.

While this rug gave off wonderful first impressions … I quickly began to disappoint! It was very difficult to vacuum, lifted off the floor and bunched under chairs and with traffic. On the first wash the entire rug just looked dingy and the color continued to look worse and worse with each wash. After less then 6 months we’ve already had to replace it.

I absolutely love this! Especially for the price! I would recommend buying padding to go underneath it as the rug is thin (that makes it immensely easier to wash). I will say the edging does tend to pull out a little bit after washing, but for the price, I can deal with it. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Everything else is 5 stars. They are easy to clean and wash and I don't think I've ever felt a softer rug. I like that they have a relatively low pile, but still have a soft/fluffy feel to them. I do have a ruggable and dislike how it is flat with no pile. The Member's Mark version is much softer and feels more like a true rug. Another "con" is that it is so thin that our vacuum does have some difficulty on it and wants to try to eat it every time we vacuum with the upright vacuum. Our robot vacuum does a great job on it though!

Really nice rug. nice material (soft, good quality), nice colors. HUGE negative though... it CANNOT be vacuumed. The vacuum sucks up the rug at the edges and corners, and even in the middle of the rug. THIS KIND OF MAKES THE RUG USELESS FOR US. We have 4 kids and pets, and we vacuum typically 3-4/week. It's not practical to have to machine wash it so often, and who wants to sweep a rug in your living room. It's a shame, we really wanted to like this product, but the inability to vacuum it makes it a BAD purchase. ugh..

This rug is very soft and pretty but you CANNOT vacuum it. I tried 3 different vacuums and every time the rug would get sucked into the vacuum or the vacuum would just turn off (dyson). Additionally, it only fits into a laundromat washer and the edges will become unraveled after the first was. I do not recommend.
