I loved it until it broke my washing machine! My ruggable which is a larger rug, washes fine. This one broke my washer and then shredded in my dryer. Very disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful so so soft no words to describe how it feels under your feet softer than cotton maybe more like cotton candy when it melts in your month. Color are light shades and beautiful.

Bought a bunch of these rugs thinking they were an awesome find, not. They unravel when washed and do not hold up well. Now they say they are non returnable, yet they are Sams brand. bad quality, bad store

I have 2 of the big area rugs and love them. I did have the problem of vacuuming but I went out and bought a shark rechargeable floor and carpet sweeper and it works perfect. I will be buying more of these rugs.

We love this rug, but DO NOT try and dry it in your dryer. Take it to a laundromat instead. The washer can't ring out enough water, and the dryer now squeaks and grinds.

Not impressed. Just received my 8x10. I bought the color infinite gray. It's brown. More brown here than gray. I have no brown in my furniture. Very diappointed.

I was so hopeful for these rugs. They seem to have great reviews, but my experience was not great. They are super soft and absolutely beautiful. They didn’t fall apart when washed, but in my opinion they are not made for high traffic areas. You aren’t able to vacuum them at all, I have two vacuums with multiple settings and none worked. So I was forced to use a broom to sweep them off between washes. Once they stain though, they’re forever stained. I noticed within the first three days the discoloration. Mind you I do have large dogs and 4 kids. I thought after the wash they would be looking brand new. WRONG. I tried everything, oxi clean, stain remover, even scrubbed with Dawn dish soap and rinsed before a wash. My last attempt was to use the pressure washer, which from previous experience has worked to get tough stains out of rugs. Still discolored after they dried. I wanted to like these so much, but they are definitely not made for high traffic areas.

When I first got the rug i was bummed about vacuuming & flipping up aa others mentioned. I put a skid mat under it and it helped a little but the vacuum would still suck it up. Now after 6 months it actually now stays down when we vac so im guessing it takes a while for the rug to relax. Havent washed it yet but plan too very soon at a laundromat in their XL washers. Fingers crossed it makes it!

We accidentally came across it and glad we did. We have two small boys and a small dog so the convenience of being able to throw it in the wash is awesome. We loved the softness. Also we noticed the water would not seep. There were water bubbles that we were able to soak up with a rag

I purchased two different design rugs from Sam’s Club and they are absolutely gorgeous and so soft . Easy to move around and arrange with your furniture the designs and colors are so beautiful the pictures on line photos do not do them justice I would definitely recommend . Looking to purchase more
