I've had a Roomba for years and wanted to try one with upgraded features. I can't believe how much more comes with this vacuum- self emptying, mop, room memory, and the very well designed app. The brushes on this one are extra soft which we especially like because we just redid our floors. And it's much quieter than my last model! I rescue dogs so always have a half dozen shedding and dirt tracking creatures making my house look gross. Running this baby is the only way I stay sane. It's a no brainer, considering it pays for itself in what would be 2 or 3 visits of a cleaning person. My favorite feature on this one is the pet and child lock- our old one always got bumped into and would sometimes freak out whoever accidentally set it off. Lastly, this newer model is really cute- it looks like a big button you just want to pinch. We named ours Flora:) She's currently my favorite child!

Love this Roomba Combo 1020. It vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves me a ton of effort. It does a great job picking up dog hair and crumbs, and you can just set it on the app and forget about it. The floors look great when it's done, and it doesn't get stuck like my old robot did. Super handy to have around the house.

I am happy with the iRobot Roomba and impressed by how much dust and dirt it picks up. I have tile and wood floors and it works well on both. I love that it self empties onto the tank with a filter which is easy to change! I also love being able to control It on my phone. It helps a busy mom on the run.

The noise level is a little high especially when emptying the dust bin but it's typical for a vacuum and the emptying only lasts a few seconds. I wish it could tell the shape of the apartment better but I'm not shocked

This would be great for hardware floors because I know they tend to collect dust bunnies. Easy to use. Picked up small dirt and dust. Helps to keep the floors clean until we need to do a deeper clean.

I was scared to see if it would actually work and not have to babysit it and omg it is amazing! I let it map and blocked off what I didn't need it to see and it worked out so good. I love being able to come home to a clean house and see the carpet lines. It has to go back 2 times to charge before it's done with my main floor level but I do not mind. It not loud at all, and only is when it emptying the container. This is an amazing product and honestly has changed my life!

It talks, vacuums and mops and self empties, it comes with an app to control everything, it's super easy to navigate and it tells you exactly what to do. The battery life is great, but it returns to the dock after the task is done. It's not too noisy, we have a baby and it didn't even bother her in the slightest. My floors have probably never been as clean.
