The app is user friendly and setup was super easy. You can map multiple rooms and what spots are flooring and carpet. It quickly mapped out my living room, which has both carpet and hard floors. It does take some time to fully charge but I would say the battery life is adequate! Once I got it going, I noticed right away that it doesn’t do so well on carpet even on the highest suction setting. It barely picked anything up, and when it emptied into the base, there was almost nothing in the container, even though I could still see plenty of fur on the floor. It also gets pretty loud on the highest setting, so I have it run when we’re not home. That said, it does a great job on hard floors. I really like the mopping feature too, but cleaning it afterward can be a bit of a hassle. Water tends to get into the brush rollers, and it gets messy pretty fast. Overall, I’d say this Roomba is best for homes with mostly hard floors and pets that don’t shed a ton. It has some great features, but the carpet cleaning and mop maintenance could be better.

You have to go around and move everything out of the way in order for it to work. It can’t navigate my low pile carpets, so it only really cleans half of my apartment. I wanted it to be better! Battery life is good- lasts 45+ mins vacuuming. It’s quieter than a normal vacuum but still omits noise obviously.
