We have hardwood, tile, and laminate floors, plus a cat and a 10-year-old boy, so keeping up with the mess was a full-time job… until now. This thing does it all! It vacuums and mops at the same time, and the auto-empty dock is really cool. It holds so much dirt and dust that I barely have to think about it. When it's finally full, I just pull out the bag and toss it. The suction power is amazing and can be customized. It picks up cat hair, crumbs, and whatever else ends up on the floor without missing a beat. I love that I can pick whether it vacuums, mops, or does both, and it's smart enough to map out the house so it doesn't skip areas. It's seriously one of those gadgets that makes you wonder how you ever lived without it. If you've got pets, kids, or just want your floors looking fresh all the time without doing the work yourself, this Roomba is 100% worth it.

This Roomba saves me time and crosses two chores off of my weekly to-do list. I appreciate the ease of set-up. It was pretty much ready to go right out of the box. The box includes a quick start guide, but I do wish it came with a printed instruction booklet. You can find the detailed instruction booklet in the Roomba app. I was impressed with how quickly it made a map of my home. It also does a great job of navigating obstacles. I was concerned that it would struggle getting over my area rug, but it handles it, and the other rugs in my home, like a champ. I like the voice feedback as it cleans. It will tell you when it's done or if it is stuck or low on batteries. You will also get a notification in your app if there is a problem while it is in operation. Normally I use the “standard clean” mode. I find that the deep clean mode uses too much of the battery life to make it worth it. If I have a deep cleaning job, I will just use my regular vacuum. I used the app to create a nightly cleaning schedule. It is quiet enough not to disturb my sleeping daughter. I appreciate that you can automate the cleaning process, giving me one less thing to think about. Keep in mind, the filter, mop pad, edge brush, multi-surface brush and debris bag in the base will need replacing. The app tracks your usage to help manage replacements. If you want to mop with more than just water you can also purchase a solution to use. I've been using distilled water without any solution. I find that is enough to keep my floors clean in between regular mopping. Before I had a Roomba I didn't have the time or energy to mop and vacuum daily. This has for sure made my day-to-day chores easier. Remember, you will still need to occasionally deep clean with a regular mop and vacuum, but this will keep things tidy in between. It also gives my family motivation to keep the floors picked up so it can do its job at the end of each day.

It is very quiet and so easy to control via app. Battery holds for a long time and charges fast too. I can say it requires 0 maintenance as it has a bag for trash and you don't have to clean it all the time. Also, design is very stylish so looks perfect in my interior.

It is so easy to set up with the app. The app is really simple and the vacuum got acclimated to where I wanted to use it in under an hour. I calibrated our Roomba to the main area of our first floor, which includes our living room, kitchen, pantry, and separate front door and garage entryways. I mainly use the dual mop and vacuum feature, which takes it about 42 minutes. It is so fast to get a deep clean, and the cleaning cycles aren't too noisy. In my review photo, I snapped a picture for where it is set up in our house behind our furniture. It makes it really easy to hide this machine due to its size. I also like that the machine has sensors so that it can empty the dustbin itself, as well as when to replace all the replaceable mechanisms. I have not had to order replacements yet, but it will tell me via app what needs to be replaced when it's ready, which I really like! When I got this item, there were some issues with the iRobot company, but I am thrilled to see that iRobot is able to continue business and is not closing any time soon! Overall, I really like this little vacuum. It takes pressure off our Dyson V8 and is perfect for cleaning up annoying dog fur that builds up every day.

The compact size allows for easy placement of the unit. The mapping feature is very detailed and smartly generates safe navigation around various sizes and shapes of furniture, avoiding random objects nicely. The mopping feature is very thorough and does a surprisingly good job, particularly when run after vacuuming. The battery is strong with a long lasting cycle and the recharging feature works seamlessly. This product makes life much easier for those of us with pets. Two very big thumbs up!
