[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this iRobot Roomba 1020 Combo Robot Vacuum & Mop + AutoEmpty Dock. I was a little skeptical at first that it might not clean well but I am impressed. It cleans very well and has a good suction and it picks up pet hair too. I have some small kiddos and so I like to keep my floors clean. I like that it cleans under furniture and tables as well as goes from carpet to flooring so easily. When it's done vacuuming it returns to the base and empties itself. There is a bag in the dock where the vacuum self empties in to it and when it is full just toss it in the trash and replace it with a new bag. The robot vacuum will also return to the base if it needs recharging. Not only does it vacuum your floors but it can also mop your floors. You can set it to vacuum and mop at the same time and it will avoid mopping carpets. It can be controlled using the app on your phone or push the button on the robot vacuum, you can even control it using Alexa. It was easy to set up and the longest part was letting it map out your house which wasn't too long. Once you set it up you can just turn it on and forget about it as it will vacuum and return to base when finished. This has made housecleaning so much easier for me. I have been letting it run everyday after my kiddos go to bed.

It is very quiet and so easy to control via app. Battery holds for a long time and charges fast too. I can say it requires 0 maintenance as it has a bag for trash and you don't have to clean it all the time. Also, design is very stylish so looks perfect in my interior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleasantly surprised by how much it picks up and how well it can get around. It's great to have as a cleaner in between thorough vacuuming. The noise level is a little high especially when emptying the dust bin but it's typical for a vacuum and the emptying only lasts a few seconds. I wish it could tell the shape of the apartment better but I'm not shocked

Recently bought this Roomba at Sam's Club and have been very happy with it so far. It vacuums and mops at the same time which is nice because it saves a lot of time! It's not the same as mopping myself, but it looked pretty decent and can make it so I don't have to mop as often. It did a fantastic job of going under our stools in the kitchen and vacuuming up all of the crumbs from the kids . I think I will be very happy with this.

It has really helped me a lot because it not only vacuums but also mops, which makes my work as a housewife lighter and gives me time to rest. It is very easy to use through an application where I can program schedules. It comes with a storage bag, and to be able to map, I need to add water or floor cleaners compatible with my robot. In short, a great helper in my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The robot works very well, it creates a map in the application and follows it perfectly, cleans all the edges without leaving dirty spaces, sweeps and mops the floor from the first pass, cleaens itself after completing its tasks, and you can program the cleaning schedule. I loved it, I no longer need to waste energy and time cleaning with a broom, mop and bucket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dog and a small child, and I am constantly vacuuming and mopping to keep things clean. This Roomba saves me time and crosses two chores off of my weekly to-do list. I appreciate the ease of set-up. It was pretty much ready to go right out of the box. The box includes a quick start guide, but I do wish it came with a printed instruction booklet. You can find the detailed instruction booklet in the Roomba app. I was impressed with how quickly it made a map of my home. It also does a great job of navigating obstacles. I was concerned that it would struggle getting over my area rug, but it handles it, and the other rugs in my home, like a champ. I like the voice feedback as it cleans. It will tell you when it's done or if it is stuck or low on batteries. You will also get a notification in your app if there is a problem while it is in operation. Normally I use the “standard clean” mode. I find that the deep clean mode uses too much of the battery life to make it worth it. If I have a deep cleaning job, I will just use my regular vacuum. I used the app to create a nightly cleaning schedule. It is quiet enough not to disturb my sleeping daughter. I appreciate that you can automate the cleaning process, giving me one less thing to think about. Keep in mind, the filter, mop pad, edge brush, multi-surface brush and debris bag in the base will need replacing. The app tracks your usage to help manage replacements. If you want to mop with more than just water you can also purchase a solution to use. I've been using distilled water without any solution. I find that is enough to keep my floors clean in between regular mopping. Before I had a Roomba I didn't have the time or energy to mop and vacuum daily. This has for sure made my day-to-day chores easier. Remember, you will still need to occasionally deep clean with a regular mop and vacuum, but this will keep things tidy in between. It also gives my family motivation to keep the floors picked up so it can do its job at the end of each day.

The compact size allows for easy placement of the unit. The mapping feature is very detailed and smartly generates safe navigation around various sizes and shapes of furniture, avoiding random objects nicely. The mopping feature is very thorough and does a surprisingly good job, particularly when run after vacuuming. The battery is strong with a long lasting cycle and the recharging feature works seamlessly. This product makes life much easier for those of us with pets. Two very big thumbs up!
