Simple. IF you like artichoke or artichoke hearts, then you will LOVE these! The oil/vinegar/garlic-based marinade gives a wonderful boost, bringing out the best flavors. I LOVE using these in salads and in cooking. I make a seriously great omelet using these, too. Say Yes to these....

Taste delicious however, there was too much oil, I replaced a lot of the oil with my own pickle juice.

We love these in so many dishes. It's nice that you can take a few out of the jar and save the rest. I think they are very tasty, as good as any that I have had.

These marinaded artichoke's are very tasty. I ate them just like they were, didn't put them in anything.

Marinated in olive oil and water makes them perfect. Very good product

The heart quarters have too much of the leaf because after chewing for an extended time the leaf become very coarse like chewing straw you can not swallow it you must expel the content from your mouth!

These are awful. They are so tuff that you might as well eat your grass. I tried to make it edible by pulling all the outside petals off, still unable to eat them.

Not a good product. Little pieces of hearts, the rest is uneatable leaves that you have to spit out. Not a good thing at a dinner party.

The ends are inedible, hard, uncooked, unprocessed, and need to be trimmed from every tidbit.
