Purchased to use as a large chair for my wife to lounge in while reading and working on her laptop. My wife says that it is very comfortable, and she is very happy with it. She is currently looking for a small side table to go with it. The frame is in 3 pieces (left side, right side, and bottom), which are bolted together with 15 large bolts. It was easy for one person to put together, and it is very sturdy. With delivery, the price was approximately $250. At that price, this is a good deal.

The chair is extremely comfortable and looks good in the space. It is oversized, so be sure to measure the location and be aware of its size. DELIVERY wasn't ideal. Received a notification from that delivery was scheduled on a certain date/time and required adult signature. They were 2 hours late and when I called they indicated it would not arrive until 5 (local time) and the agent for the delivery company indicated that Sams Club set up the appointment without their input or confirmation (known issue they are working on with Sams Club). The delivery driver unloaded the chair on a pallet and then refused to take the pallet. When I called Sams club the first time (40 minute wait time), was disconnected after speaking to an agent to explain the situation. Called back (52 minute wait time) and was told there was nothing they could do because the product included the pallet - which isn't the case. The box was exclusive of a pallet - they just used it to unload with a skid loader. Please be advised that you may have the same experience. Lots of debris to dispose of and included a full industrial sized pallet. Almost considered returning the product. Ended up having to pay our trash disposal company an additional $75 for large pickup.

This chair is sooooo comfy. I love the size of it. Would like the base to be foldable for storage.

I stalked this chair for such a long time. When I finally purchased it, I was beyond thrilled and had just the right spot for it in my music/office/self care room. I thought my biggest concern once it arrived would be its size so I was golden. I had taken care of that. But after a full week with the chair, I am struggling with the pillow seat. It’s too firm, lumpy, and sags. I’m so uncomfortable most of the time sitting in this chair which is the exact opposite of how I felt when trying it in store. So I assumed “breaking it in“ by spending as much time as I could in it this week might help. We’re not there yet. The stock pit shows an L shape on the base. Mine is lying pretty flat. I don’t know what to do so I’ll be taking the chair apart again and readjusting the straps underneath in hopes that will give me the “cloud”. .

We purchased this chair in store, and then I was looking on the app to see if I could find a weight limit for the chair. I saw the review section so I started reading some of the reviews, and I do have to say that I disagree with some of them. This is actually a very wonderful chair and very comfortable. Yes, the cushion is heavy and yes, you do have to put the cover on the cushion when you unboxed it at your house, but it is well worth that tiny little struggle. The chair weight is about 77 pounds which is not bad compared to other furniture. Our daughter is five years old and she absolutely loves this thing. She barely gives us the opportunity to sit in it unless we want to share it with her, which is OK with us!

I purchased two. They are big and very comfy. One cushion fits better on the chair than the other one. It has more fill to it. Took some time getting the cushion all the way into the cover. I purchased twin size duvet covers in all cotton to cover the cushion. Feels better to be sitting on cotton and will be a much easier clean. Takes some work to put all together.

Purchased 2 and they were going upstairs in a game room/ tv area. Easy to take pieces together up and put together, I put together myself. Came with gray straps or black which is nice. Durable frame,comfy cushion. Just the look I wanted. Happy with purchase and delivery to front do

Picked it up and had to take it out of the big box because it wouldn't fit in my SUV. Accidentally left the instructions in the big box. Got it home and put together in less than 30 minutes… with no instructions. Just by googling pics of it from every angle. It's solid wood. Well packaged and wrapped. Not cheap! So comfy. Omg it's like laying on a cloud. Totally worth the money.

it was completely moldy. tried calling the number provided for replacement parts/missing parts and was on hold for 25 minutes while on break. stunk up entire room w moldy smell. horrible customer service so far, disappointing experience. was very excited for the chair. would love to add photos to this review but it keeps giving me an error on it and won't let me.

I tried this chair out in store but wasn't able to pick it up that day so I scheduled a pickup order and then they did not have the item when we went to pick it up at our scheduled date and time. The app is still showing me that the chair is available even though it clearly wasn't in the store and my order wasn't fulfilled.
