The chair literally sits on the ground and is hard to get out of. The straps that hold the cushion are too long.

I love this chair! It is so cozy and easy to re-fluff if need be. It did come with a strong smell from the foam, but it dissipated fairly quickly.

The cushion arrived sealed in plastic, but when I opened it, I discovered it was covered in black mold. The smell was overwhelming and spread throughout the room. When I called customer service, they agreed to issue a refund, but told me I have to keep the cushion until they can pick it up in the next couple of weeks. This item is huge and took significant time to assemble, and now I have to store it and wait for pickup. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

This chair is so cozy. You just sink right in and the fabric is so soft. I really like the way the straps are on the bottom, it lets me sink in nice and deep.
