The forest fruits flavor is super refreshing without being overly sweet, and I love that it’s sugar free — no crash afterward! I had it about 30 minutes before my workout and felt energized, focused, and ready to go. It’s light, tasty, and gives me just the right kick without feeling jittery. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean energy boost before hitting the gym!

It’s great for those that love sugar free getting another flavor. I didn’t notice any change to my energy though. That may just be me.

It’s sugar free which is good if you need it or prefer and not too artificial tasting. A decent price for what you get especially since it’s a flavored one and sometimes placed jack the price up for them. I would definitely buy my family a pack to have every once in a while if on sale or a good deal.
