The flavor is wild berry and tastes so yummy, like candy, without the artificial sweetener flavor being too overwhelming. Caffeine content is 80 mg which should give a good boost before the gym. It definitely terrible but I probably won’t purchase bc the taste and smell is off putting. Has a slight berry smell but it smells like regular red bull to me. Did have a great energy burst though!
