My house smells like a movie theater

It’s amazing how a scent can transport you. As soon as you open this bag, it smells like you are in the theater. The bag says “butter” and indeed, the kernels were buttery. I’ll be eating this with a napkin beside me, because it is definitely buttery. (Actually, I’ll be using chopsticks. Yes, that’s how I eat snacks. It keeps my fingers clean and it keeps me from hogging down delicious stuff.) There are 14 servings in the bag. I got out a cereal bowl and put it on a scale to see how much a serving would weigh and it filled it almost all the way full. That’s the nice thing about popcorn; you feel like you get a lot. Not good.

I bought it because it was cheaper than the one I usually buy. Big mistake! It is awful and the flavoring is very artificial.. This popcorn tastes nothing like theater popcorn. Do not waste your money.

    An unpleasant after taste

    Really wanted to like it. Unfortunately our bag had a (chemical?) after taste. We ended up tossing it after a few handfuls. It is a shame because this is our favorite microwave popcorn.

    Tastebgood, ods texture

    Odd texture. The flavor was descent, but the texture was like a sponge, not crisp-like, not crispy, but that bit of freshness popcorn usually has. It was weird enough for me not to buy anymore. Maybe it was the preservatives? Not sure.

    Convenient/Easy Snack

    Great convenient snack…especially if you don’t have access to a microwave or stove. Plus you get enough popped kernels to make up for the inevitable (approx) 1/2 cup or so of small/broken pieces, hulls, and unpopped kernels.

    Real, buttery taste

    It's really good. A tad salty to me, but like real movie popcorn. It's a lot better than it was before. Great buttery taste. Popcorns very fluffy. It's something I'd sure to buy again. It's also a nice large sized bag.

    Bad smell

    After trying to eat a cup of this popcorn, I decided to throw it out due to it smelling like it was coated in chemicals, likely from the artificial butter flavoring. It isn’t worth the purchase.

    Just get it you won’t be disappointed

    I love Pop Secret microwave popcorn so I thought I would see how this compared and it did NOT disappoint. It’s great! I received it yesterday and I dug right into it last night. This will be added to my saved items to buy again!

    this had a terrible fake butter aftertaste. took 1 bite and threw it out. i shouldve returned it but i was not making a trip to the store just for that. my husband wouldn't eat it and he loves bagged popcorn.

    A Bag of Salt

    This is way to salty and why is that? Oh because one serving is 320mg of salt. I compared it to things I had around the house: totilla chips 75 mg, cheese chips 140 mg, pistachios 135 mg. This is a one time buy and we threw it out.
