[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung S95F 65” OLED – User Feedback for Product and Engineering Teams I recently purchased the Samsung S95F 65-inch OLED television and have been very impressed with the core performance of the set. I wanted to provide a few observations that may be useful to both the product design and engineering teams. Display Performance The display quality is exceptional. The dynamic range is the most striking feature of the television. Whites appear extremely bright and clean, while blacks are truly deep and uniform. This contrast range creates a level of image realism that is noticeably superior to previous televisions I have owned. eARC / Audio Integration I use a Sonos Arc 5.1 system connected through the television’s ARC/eARC interface. The integration between the Samsung television and the Sonos system has been excellent. The connection is stable and the audio balance across the system is very good, even in a room with a challenging acoustic layout. Remote Control Design Observations The remote control appears to be an area where usability improvements could significantly enhance the experience. Size and weight The remote is very small and extremely light. In the hand it feels somewhat insubstantial and can be difficult to handle confidently. Button sensitivity The buttons are very sensitive. Light accidental touches can activate functions unintentionally. Menu navigation efficiency While adjusting picture settings, returning to the program being watched requires navigating back through several menu layers. A dedicated function that immediately exits menus and returns the viewer to their program would simplify this process considerably. Low-light usability When navigating deep settings menus in a dark room, the remote buttons are difficult to see. Backlit buttons that activate when the settings interface is open would improve usability significantly. Summary The S95F delivers outstanding display performance and integrates very well with external audio systems such as Sonos. The primary opportunity for improvement lies in the remote control ergonomics and menu navigation efficiency. Overall, the television is excellent, and I would recommend it to others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super disappointed with this tv. Samsung made a mistake and had my discount code expire early, so I wasn’t able to use it. They decided not to honor the 20% discount code that they offered me. Then on top of that, Samsung is super deceiving with this OLED TV. They do not inform you that if you get any size small smaller than the 65 you have to mount the box separate from the TV. This is extremely disappointing and Makes for a really big eyes sore. So not only did they not honor the discount, but they deceived us regarding the box being unable to be mounted to the back of the tv. I would never recommend buying a Samsung product again. I will tell every person I know not to buy their products as long as I live.

With this new TV, you can’t see the building across the street at all and even in the brightest of day it is only a faint light and the picture is vivid and crystal clear.

The image clarity is so good, the colors are deep, the brightness is crazy. I only use 20% of it as it can go very bright if you want (good for bright rooms). I love the anti reflection, it’s a game changer. I used to like glass effect only but the mat panel makes it so good, it very well engineered. No more distractions when the curtains are opened. You only see the image not yourself or the furnitures. I have tried the PS5 on it also and wow the games look amazing on it. This is not my first OLED tv but this is the best quality I have seen an OLED. Amazing job Samsung team!
