[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is great. Love the look of the TV. What is horrible is the user interface on this model. My neighbor also has a Samsung, and I was able to figure out in less than 30 minutes how to upload a picture to discplay on screen for wallpaper in ambient. On my model I have spent hours and hours trying to figure out how to do this and now I have given up. 1) The user interface is not very intuitive at all. 2) I have a sonos connected to it and I do not like that the volume level is not displayed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brightness and resolution of the picture is amazing. Being an older person, I don’t like the Home Screen and how you use apps or locate apps. Everything was much easier and more intuitive on the Samsung tv I replaced.

The refresh rate and resolution stay steady and consistent over time which would lead me to recommend this tv alot. The colors and contrast are very good and present compared to a normal qled tv

This happens a lot in the middle of watching movies, or any other programs and you have to reset it. Tried to get information, but unable to resolve problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this television! In particular, the non-glare screen. As far as brightness and colors, it is, of course, state-of-the-art. But I am now able to enjoy TV and movies in bright daylight—something we experience a great deal here in Hawaii!—without an annoying glare coming off the screen and obscuring the picture. And at night, we are no longer bothered by the distracting reflection of the various lights in the room. This new non-glare technology delivers on its promise!

Would love staring at it for hours and hours. Brightest and not too strainful on your eyes. Contrast is ample enough to feel you refreshed. Refresh rate is impeccable as well.

The audio is either movie surround sound loud or loud in general. The "features" to reduce the sound increases or to level the sound is non-existent. Dissapointing!!
