[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time I try Hope Family Wine. I like it a lot, its smooth, light and has a hint of sweet. I pair with salami, cheese and caper berry. Its tastes so good with the salty and sour from caper berry, sweet note of the wine balanced it out. Its affordable, will definitely buy more and try other kinds from this brand.

For the bottle itself is nicely presented and made a decent appeal to the eyes. Next, this is a corked wine, so get a wine bottle opener ready. The first sip of the wine was actually sweet, almost like a sweet cherry like taste, then the rest was not too bad either, meaning i was able to drink two glasses worth of this and still wanting more. overall, this didn’t feel like i was drinking rubbing alcohol and was definitely much better than some reds i’ve tried. i would definitely recommend this if anyone considering bringing a red to a dinner. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Austin Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is not what you probably expect from a Cab, but in a good way. Very well balanced, light, and fresh, this is a cab that requires no food at all… absolutely thoroughly enjoyable all on its own. Elegant without being pretentious, I would serve this with cuddling up on the couch with Netflix (and your SO or someone you’d like to become your SO). If you must serve with food, think light fare… salad of baby greens, dried cherries, walnuts, and goat cheese. Or, partner with seafood or chicken breast prepared w/spring vegetables (cooked al dente) and fresh herbs (think Basil or Tarragon).

I knew she was making steak & potatoes for dinner and KNEW this was going to pair fabulously w the meal and it did not disappoint. The wine has a silky, smooth enjoyable texture and taste. Very pleased with this one.

This cab is on the sweeter side, with a good body and bold fruit flavors. We received this bottle as part of a promo and we'll be going back for more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This red wine was unexpectadely sweet which is not something I typically look for in my reds however I could see it being a great pairing for a rich dark chocolate dessert. I could also see it pairing with a cheese board. Overall I think with this wine that it is all about the pairing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a fine wine. It’s not as dry as most Cabernets usually are. It definitely has more of a sweet taste to it. I think for the price point you can find better Cabs but if you like your reds a little more on the sweet side I think you’d enjoy this.
