I bought these because of the "clean" ingredients. All natural, pronounceable ingredients with no preservatives or chemicals. I absolutely loved them! They have a mild, lightly smoked flavor and pleasing texture. I repackaged them into individual servings to store in the freezer since they are preservative free and are recommended to use within 3 days of opening. These are definitely my new favorites as breakfast sausages or grilling and served on a bun.

Great flavor! I haven't used as hot dogs but I like to cut them up %26 scrambled with eggs. My hubby %26 daughter love it!

I have purchased them twice, very good flavor. I used them to make beef kolaches.

Yummy sausages! Not quite fat enough for grilling! 2nd time that we have bought them! Will buy again.
