One of the shelves on my tension shower caddy was missing the mounting piece. I have contacted SimpleHuman with pictures and my proof of purchase but no reply yet. It’s been 3 days.

I love my shower caddy because it came with two different size poles that will allow you to find the perfect fit in your shower. It is durable and the shelves are adjustable. I highly recommend this shower caddy.

I purchased this shower caddy for my guest bathroom. it looks so much better then a caddy hanging crooked over the shower head. I love it and I was able to install it myself. I am a 75 year old female.

This is a very nice corner unit that challenged me a bit with assembly, but once assembled, I love it. I love the adjustable shelves to accommodate the variety of bottle sizes and supplies. Seems very sturdy and well made.

I have ordered several of these over many years. I had a few of these units rust, but that's been years ago. I can only assume some changes were made on your end. Thank you...Still love your products!

This is the second one I bought. The first one lasted 5 years, and eventually started to get rust spots. Easy to install, easy to clean, great capacity for all kinds of care products, fits well in the corner and out of the way. Well worth it.

The pole is sturdier than the other brands of shower caddies. Shelves are larger, too. Shelf heights are very easy to adjust with a small latch on the shelf. Very happy with it.

The shower caddy was easy to assemble. The shelves could be a little deeper to allow for more shower items to stand in the tray. The rounding of the corners of each basket tend to pitch shower necessities to fall to the center.

I love the simplicity and design, however, even when the shelves are clamped in place, when I apply some pressure to pump out shampoo/conditioner, the shelf moves down
