Smooth mouth feel. Like most Highland scotches, it has a very mild peat taste to it, unlike the Islay scotches with a strong peat flavor. Nice 10 year scotch for the money.

I was very surprised by the superior taste of the single malt scotch. I never expected the store label to be comparable to the two Glens.

Bland flavor profile. It doesn't taste like any single malt I've had before. I'll spend the extra $10 next time and get the Glenlivet.

Dreadful. Not what I expected for a single malt 12. For the price I didn’t expect much (hoped to be surprised even). But I poured it out. Undrinkable. There are many cheap blends that are far better than this one.

Maybe I just simply don't like this variety of single malt. Maybe it's not their fault at all. Most likely, I should've stuck to Laphroaig, or maybe tried a Lagavulin. In any event, this whisky really DIDN'T do it for me. Couldn't stand the stuff. Not quite bad enough to throw the whole bottle away, but enough to make me want to force myself to drink it until I could get rid of it and get something else. In the end, I poured the last bit down the drain. Maybe if you like highland single malts, you'll like this. I don't know. The only other highland single malt I've tried was Dalwhinnie. That one, as I recall, was decent.
