I have purchased Scott Paper towels for many many years and that's because the quality and price has always been satisfactory. I purchased your paper towels this weekend and was simply disappointed. I know COVID has brought many challenges for ALL. I understand the need to change price points, but to change your quality is a big mistake. I would have rather paid more for the same quality that I am use to from Scott. Now, I might as well purchase some other cheap brand..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these towels and compared them to the normal ones I purchase. Normal towels are store brand equivalent. These towels did not out perform the store brand, they fell short at every hurdle they had to cross. They were below average absorbency not holding as much liquid, they did not tear very easy to remove from roll, and the rolls themselves were smaller and looser than the store brand I usually buy. The packaging was nice and I feel that these would recycle or biodegrade well. I do not know the price point of these but being a name brand I am betting they would cost more than my store brand that I use. I would not recommend these as a go to or regular use paper towel. Perhaps as a light duty or party napkin maybe.

Absorbency and durability is amazing!! Packaging is just like most paper towels which is plastic so not very sustainable in my opinion but for the price I'd buy them if I was in a pinch and desperately needed some paper towels sustainable would be biodegrade packaging now that would be amazing!!

I love buying this brand of paper towels because the world so well at cleaning ups spills and they also can be used as a napkin when your out of napkins. These towels are good for cooking, cleaning and art projects. They can be recycled if you recycle...

Scott paper towels are strong, great to use on big messes or to clean countertops. they hold even when wet. Because they hold well.

Have been a loyal Scott Paper fan for years but think I am going to be buying a different brand of paper towels. This last purchase has been the worst. Not one towel in the entire package has torn correctly. I see from other reviews that this is not an isolated incidence.

I love these paper towels, they last for so long and clean up so well, I use them everyday! I use them for drying dishes, cleaning counter, when I eat etc. They're not expensive and you get so much use out of them! I definitely reccomend anyone wanting to look for a new, affordable, good paper towel to reach for these!

My mom only bought Scotts products, after she passed, I tried the, all, guess what? they are the only ones I buy now, why, because they are dependable, do the biggest job with the least amount of towel and are the most cost effective and reliable. Just me and 2 kitties and a full time job as well, so I'm still cooking for work too.

I just bought a 15=28 package roll and can’t believe how bad and small they are-the paper is ragged unfinished. I don’t know how many sheets are on a regular size roll but the smaller roll in picture is your mega roll the larger is mega Berkeley and jenson -scott cost significantly more so disappointing
