something has happened to the quality of the towel

Scott paper towels used to be strong and absorbed spills quickly Now, they fall apart when they get wet! This is a step backwards. Why?

Towels don’t tear off on lines. Towels absorbing is awful. Never buy them again. Friend’s agree. Sorry
