[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most convenient self vacuum you will instantly fall in love with. Do your vacuum while you are cooking, cleaning, reading and or watching tv.

The mapping is excellant. The procedures for mapping could be more user friendly. It was difficult to figure out how to add boarders. The robot quits when bin is half full and wants the bin emptied. This will happen several times on a 3 room job.

Dropped the communication and not able to connect the server for a month with the iRobot app, both in iOS as well as Android Device Tech team escalated next level but no one contacted. Escalation team not responding as needed.

We have the vacuum clean every other day. Two cats and a golden retriever. House is cleaner than us using a conventional vacuum daily. Easier on the back!

I do love it however, I have a dog with wiry hair which on a smooth carpet it does not pick up well. It also does not pick up a down or fury type lint on a smooth carpet. Does a good job with most other dirt.

This is my first robot vacuum. I am still working out schedules and a few mapping issues. I love my Rob (as I call him) Each time I use the Roomba it gets better. I definitely would recommend Roomba. Love the self emptying feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this Roomba! I had an older model before this one and this one is powerful. I love that is had a disposal. Keeps you from having to keep emptying the bin.

As much as I desperately want to love this product, it is unreliable and requires constant attention. More often than not, it gets lost, never finding its destination and/or base and regularly fails to properly dock and resume charging.
