Purchased this a month ago. Installation was straightforward. My refrigeration man looked at it and was impressed that although "rebranded", it was manufactured by a great company. Making plenty of great ice.

I never leave reviews but was so disappointed with this product I had to. Very cheaply made and was delivered dented. The name plate on the front bent and falling off. I realize the name plate is a very small thing but when you pay this much money for something it's disappointing that it's in this shape. Not worth the money we paid for it.

The machine stopped working 1 year and 1 month. I have tried to get some help from the manufacture and I get no help to help with technical or ability to order parts I would need.i Is the company bankrupt? No support and I have reached out to SAM’s and I get no help from them. The machine goes into Bin full mode and stops working after about 2 cycles.

We just got this machine and already it's crapping out! the ice comes out half melted, not in cubes, but in thin slushy sheets. It's impossible to bag and just a mess!

The machine did not work and professionals could not get it to work. When we called the company, they said it was a common issue.

We bought this for work on April 4th, 2023 and it worked a few times and then kept freezing. We called the Legacy Company in May for a repair and we can't get them to call or email us back to schedule a repair. So disappointed and frustrated that we spent the amount we did for something that won't work and for poor customer service on the recommended repair shop. Help ! we'd like to just return it and get a full refund. Can we ???
