Dry is right! I can’t say it’s my favorite, I prefer whisky or bourbon. But this was still enjoyable. Good on the rocks (if that’s your thing) but I’d definitely recommend mixing it! Lemon aid or any other punch or juice is the go to mixer for this gin.

Refreshing in a tall glass with ice, tonic water and a fresh lime wedge, great summer or warm weather cocktail, or can be used for a dry martini chilled with a splash of dry vermouth and a two olive garnish.  I would definitely buy again and recommend to others

This is my drink of choice at weddings.  I have no idea why.  Great value gin.  You have to try it with an orange instead of a lime.  It changes the whole flavor.  I’m not a huge fan of limes so I found a way to still be able to enjoy it!  Give it. Try. I will again for sure!

The reason I like gin is because of the taste of tanqueray. I drink gin and ginger ale and it’s so refreshing. At one point I went to a bar where they had another brand and I immediately could tell it was not the same and no longer tried any other brands of gin. I specifically ask for tanqueray.

Tanqueray is still my go-to gin. I enjoy Tanqueray 10 a bit more, but it’s pricier, so this one wins. I don’t understand the people who want their gin “smooth”. Hendricks tastes like gin-flavored water. I want my gin to have a bite to it. That is the whole point of gin!! This is the classic gin.

When I first started

When I first started to drink gin, I don’t know what is this type of alcohol taste like. Some of my friends recommended this Tanqueray London Dry Gin so I bought it. First time I tried, I mixed with tonic and lime and it was delicious. It’s a little bit sweet and the smells of gin is quite strong but it’s not bad at all. I tried to find more recipes that require gin and I absolutely love this type of alcohol. The price is reasonable which is great if you use for mixed drinks. I always have this bottle on my liquor shelf and I prefer to use it for mixed drinks. It’s very refreshing and perfect for summer.

Tanqueray London Dry Gin is what I think of when I think of gin. It's my father's favorite liquor of all time and definitely was my first taste of gin. I think it's a good value for the price point and if you like juniper, this gin has the highest ratio by far.

Good inexpensive gin. Personally I’m enjoying the Malacca blend. I’m a sucker for aromatic drinks (which is one of the reasons I love good gin and GREAT tonic water). Tanqueray Malacca Gin Empty 1 Liter Bottle Great especially during the holiday but also ANY time of year!

Spicy citrus would be a good way to describe this. Aside from the piney juniper, I get lemon zest, grapefruit, black tea, calamansi, celery stalk, and a vaguely floral aroma, like dandelions or something. It's bright and soft, drinks easy neat, and mixes in very very comfortably. It's a go-to if you want a harmonious blend, but not if you want your gin to leap out.

My go-to for every party where I know people like a good gin and tonic.  When I lived in Europe, gin and tonics were huge so I started to get creative with them and Tanqueray always works best.  I love to infuse strawberry in the gin and make a strawberry, mint, lime gin and tonic.  So delicious!
